I was highly disappointed. I heard you had Rainbow Cones. I grew up with the original rainbow Cone. You should not be claiming you have them when it was nothing like a Rainbow Cone. The ice Cream in total did not even make one scoop. It was not standing up to the side with all the flavors. They were on top of each other and VERY Skimpy. Wish I had taken a picture. I questioned the young man who made it, that it was not right., He told me that was how his manager told him to do it. I think your employees need a field trip to the Original to see how it is supposed to be. I will not return. I would have given no stars but it wouldnt let me post it with none.

The food is typically ok here, almost every experience Ive had here required a hefty wait for my food even when it is only hot dogs, which are steamed so its baffling how it could take so long to make. Not to dog the creamery (pun intended) but if they could speed up food service and maintain their quality I believe they could easily get 4 stars.

Nice menu selection and yummy ice cream! But my scoop of ice cream (not self serve) wasnt as creamy as I hoped, it had some chunks of ice, like freezer burn or something. But great atmosphere. Well worth a visit but not my favorite.

Awful service the blender broke my cup and I literally had to ask for another cup, and the food was nasty the pulled pork was soggy the blt was nasty and on old soggy bread, very expensive and wont ever go back

They a re awesome. Very clean and friendly. The best thing is that they sell The Original Rainbow Cone ice cream and their cake rolls and everyrhing is so fresh.

Decent prices, sloppy Joes are good. They lose a star because the hotdogs are never hot. I work nearby and for years they just come out lukewarm.

Ice cream is delicious. I love soft serve so this is a must! Food, I havent tried so cant speak for that. Slow service sometimes.

Best thing in Homer Glen in terms of an old fashioned ice cream shop. Great soft serve and the burgers are tasty and quite large.

The worst customer service I ever had. The Ice cream has 70% air in it. I think I would rather go to Dairy Queen or Baskin again.
