Placed an order for pickup. The deliver driver call me asking what my address was? After I explained it was a pickup order and I was walking into the store he finally looked at the order seeing it was a pickup. Then I went to pay and the manager walked away as I was explain the mix up. Finally explaining everything the delivery drive shows up at the store with my order. The manager gave everything a look over and sent me On my way. They totally messed up the order missing a Cookie and the other two cookies where the wrong type. Then trying to call back to get a refund the 877 general number took forever they claimed they couldnt fix the issue and couldnt connect me to the store I was just at. After being on the phone 10 mins they said the store has my number and will call me to fix the order/refund the missing cookie. Still waiting on the call. The cookies were hard and seemed old. I will never waste my time, money, or energy here again what a joke! I pissed..... Im royally pissed ☹️

I ordered cookies for my staff via phone from home. The person (national call center) was rude. She yelled hello rudely a couple times during our conversation as I paused 5 seconds to look for a phone number and also a pen. Their policy of making someone answer their phone when delivery pulls up to ok it before they enter the building is ridiculous-never had to do that for any other food delivery to our business. We had a power outage (the reason I was treating staff with cookies) and they were WORKING-but someone had to carry cell phone around during the time frame with volume turned on for a dang cookie delivery (she said 30-45 min but it was an hour-and our business is 3 blocks from the store) -especially when they were frantically trying to keep business going during the outage. Cookies were fair but definitely not worth the price and hassle.

I ordered five cookies and only got four. I called back to see if they would re-deliver the last cookie, and customer service said they would but no one came. At that point it was like 1am and I didnt feel like trying anymore, because the cookies were honestly just okay and theres nothing mind-blowing about them. Theyre warm but one of my cookies were also way smaller than the others as if there was no consistent sizing. Super disappointing, dont believe the hype.

Placed an order at 8:30 pm on sunday evening. Was on hold for 5 minutes before anyone picked up the phone. They were out of brownies. How can a bakery be out of baked goods? wouldnt it make since, that if you run out of product you bake more? Especially since they claim to deliver until 3am and it is literally 1 of 2 items on their menu. Wont be giving then my business in the future.

Disappointed :( Although the brownie icecream I ordered was delicious, it was too expensive to justify. I was excited about the concept (and cookies in general) but it feels very empty inside and the decorating is almost non existent, despite them having been in business for a while now. Its to pricey for the amount you get and is not a fun experience inside the store.

Delicious cookies with fast delivery. Only issue I have is the inconsistency of the cookies when you get them delivered. Sometimes they are piping hot, and other times with the same wait time on delivery, they are hard as a rock. That said, the insomnia cookies is good on fixing customer service complaints.

Ordered for pickup and paid online. Showed up to the store and they said they didnt have my order. Im fairly certain they gave my order to someone else. They also had no idea how to cancel the order when I asked. If you do order online from this store dont make the mistake of paying online like I did.

I very rarely ever crave cookies, especially to the extent to have them delivered. However, my husband and I were amused by the concept of all night cookie delivery so we indulged. It definitely wont ever happen again. The cookies are not good. The delivery takes forever and the milk I ordered was sour.

Cookies are small, expensive, and poorly made. I figured Id try this place out on my way home from the bar and quickly wish I hadnt after I was served uncooked (with raw dough in the middle) cookies by a rude employee. Im astonished theyve been able to keep their doors open for more than a week...

If you want a sugar rush this is it! Prices a a bit steep for the size of the cookies and the Ice Cream you get. However, on a hot day, it is good to go. They do have sales at times on the cookies, so keep your eyes open for the sandwich board outside.

According to Google Maps, I live 0.7 miles from this location, yet I was told that I was out of their delivery area. Do the delivery people walk the orders to you? Also, theyre a bit pricy for the size of the cookie you get; quality is OK.

Went there as a group of four (clearly a family). The cashier would take each order individually and go make it, leaving the rest of the group waiting for her to come back so we could give each of our orders.

They stopped by to bring by a 6 pack while I was bartending down the road. I gave the cookies out to some regulars and everyone was obsessed with them. They were warm and extremely good. Thanks!

Says they have vegan cookies online. Dealt with Friday night parking on the east side to find out they "only have them at select locations." Huge disappointment.

Good cookies but very shallow delivery zones. Doesnt deliver to riverwest at all. Hipsters deserve overpriced cookies at odd hours of the night, too.

Cookies were okay. For 18 bucks per dozen you can buy better quality ones. Customer Service was lacking.
