This afternoon my friend and I stopped by for a yogurt, My friend order first, my friend was dispensed a normal amount which left enough space for the desired toppings. I then ordered with a different staff member; My cup was filled just below the rim, even after the 4 toppings it was completely full. I asked the woman who had prepared it to please add a little more, she said "no, the way I made it , its how it suppose to be", I then pointed out that I would like the same amount as my friend, she then said, "she over did it, it was wrong the way she prepared it". Now it was not the 3-4 oz that mattered as much as the employee"s refusal to please the customer. I strongly suggest to La Michuacana General managers to conduct customer service training for their employees. The One star is not based on the taste or freshness of their product, the fruit yogurts are very good. It was the way we were treated. Thank you Ana Castro

Just walked out completely displeased, for two reasons. The first is that I specifically went in to get a "fresh water" and asked to taste one before deciding to drink 32oz. Then she gave me a face like she was already was having a bad day. Deciding I wouldnt like the one I tried, I went with the "Fresh Fruit", which they were out of. So she poured me something I didnt ask for and didnt bother telling me until after I started drinking it. When I told her it doesnt taste like what I asked for she said "well because were out of that one." The second is when I told her I didnt ask for this she looked at me and charged me anyways, saying well you drank it. If I wasnt in a hurry I would of asked for a manager and given them a piece of my mind. Ive worked for years and have never and will never treat a paying customer like this. Deffinitly not coming back here, nor ever rocommending this place and the over priced ice cream.

Great ice cream and yogurts. But the service is slow beyond belief. Its understaffed, disorganized, and when its busy its a nightmare of confusion among staff and patrons. People frequently walk out when its busy because there is obviously not plan to tackle busy days in an organized efficient manner. My husband loves their tortas and its the only place to get yogurts in Pilsen, the food is good but they need to work on their service.

This is the first Michoacana which I see has extravagant flavors including blueberry cheesecake, gansito, and frozen chocolate covered Bananas. I was really impressed the service was great and they had patio seating which is also a plus, including parking

Bad service. They also have an attitude problem. I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN!!!!! So if you ever go, please make sure Rosa is not that one making youre food. They are unsanitary since I had order a torta and the ham had mole. And they over price.

Delicious ice cream, easy parking, and chill place to end the night. The fact that they are open until midnight on Friday really worked out perfect for my friends and I. For sure going back to try the other frozen treats this summer.
