Let me clear here. I love Sonics food! and have not had any problems in the past with them, but that changed on July 21, 2013. We had just left a Brewer game and stopped into this Sonic to get a beverage during Happy Hour (great deals). Got 2 Route 44 drinks for $2.16...Or so we thought... On my next credit card statement I noticed a funny charge from Sonic for $22.16! WHOA!!! last time I checked your drinks werent 11.08 a piece! Ive contacted Sonic customer support, Local Customer Support and both have turned me to the store for answers. Well almost one month later I still have not been able to get a hold of anyone who will being more than willing to spend more than 5 minutes on the phone to solve this issue. Im actually on the phone with the local Sonic now and it has been ringing for 6:34 minutes. For shame Sonic, I expected better than this. Is this how you treat your customers? It would appear so.

Very rude customer service. First i asked for cholacate custard, and the lady said with the worst attitude "the ice cream will turn cholocale when we Mix the stuff." That should have been the first sign not to order from her, but i was stupid i wanted my ice cream. Then i preceded to Ordered a tripple cholocale extreme and they (just) gave me vanilla ice cream. I asked for a refund or to fix the mistake they said no because I had eaten half of it. Meanwhile my girl had not touch a drop of peanutty swirl and snicker, which also had no snickers in it, and they told her the same. That they would not fix the order or give a refund. To put the icing on they cake there service sucked and was super slow. Dont go here, go to miller park way.

This place has been absolutely horrible since Robyn left. Ive been a loyal customer until Ive experienced the lack of management this place has. The new GM is very rude and unpleasant. She talks like she is ghetto has a poor attitude and her own employees have told me she is not nice to them either. Im going to contact corporate and request that she is fired. I saw several posts regarding her attitude and I feel that the district manager is obviously not doing their job very well or you would not have someone like this in a position of management. Very concerned and disappointed. No stars because thats how bad you are

Ive been to this Sonic 3 times. The first time my cheeseburger was ice cold, the cheese wasnt melted at all. Second time, I had to wait nealy ten minutes for a corn dog. This last time, they messed up our milkshakes, both the flavors and the sizes 3 times, we had to keep coming back to the window and they would immediately leave so you couldnt get their attention. They werent reading back the order, which, having worked in a drive thru myself, I know is necessary especially if the drive thru doesnt have a screen that shows your order. Service is always slow and subpar. Only go if you absolutely have to.

Everything about this location is aweful.. Waited a HALF HOUR in the drive thru line to get shakes for my family.. driving away they had given me 3 wrong drinks and had over charged me! The shakes were poorly made without any whipped cream or toppings and the sides were leaking all over the place. Not to mention the worker was extremely rude and moving at glacial place... when I came back showing they gave me the wrong order after waiting ANOTHER 15 mins they didnt even apologize or have the urge to care about anything they were doing.. take my advise and just go to Leons

i wanted a small slush with my meal so i asked how much of an upcharge would it be for one and they told me $4! thats nearly double the price of just buying one! they then realized it was a different price because i said theres no way in hell it was that much of an upcharge. i asked for mayo for my food and they gave me bbq instead... and the guy that brought me my mayo gave me a major death glare on his way back. food was subpar and of course i later felt sick from it. doesnt help that the only other sonic in milwaukee is just as bad...

Takes very long to order, and to get your order. And when you finally get it, its wrong. I ordered small shakes, but what I received and was charged for were medium. I Was asked if I wanted to change it, but the amount of time it took just to get the wrong order, I said forget it. 3 of the 4 drinks ordered were also wrong flavors, none were marked, so we had to guess. The worker had no clue. We also ordered tater tots which were cold. Like they were either sitting there all day. The place sucks

We asked for a cup of water they charge for a bottle of water I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich I couldnt even bite through it so I had my mother try to see if she could bite through it and she couldnt either I I left 3/4 of a tater tot and had a couple suits in my soda and they refused to take back my meal and charge me for everything but a sandwich which came out to be about the same price for just the tater tot in the soda I will never go here again I do not recommend this Sonic to anyone

Ive had worse service before at other places, but this would be in the top five. My order was simple under $14.00. They took longer than 15 minutes to serve, missed a few items on the first run. Called them back, they missed an item on the second run, and on the third they brought me the wrong food. The manager did give me a coupon for a free Chicago Dog, but told me," It was for our F*** up" excuse me, Not the language I would have chosen to resolve a problem. Managers name "B. Williams"

Absolutely terrible service. Sat in a stall for over 5 mins with no answer. I thought the stall might be broken so I moved to another one. Same result. This was 845 on a Sunday morning and I was the only customer there. So I pulled up to drive thru. Placed my order sat at the window for about 3 or so mins before someone came. No name tag on the person but reciept says "employee #5"... I see #5 still has his personal headphones in, probably why I was sitting in the stall with no response.

On the was home from 7 Mile Fair, We stopped by sonic for a lunch , right off everything seemed fine and we ordered the person on the other end was a little gruff but humph . When the food came they used to leave the tray but she kept it. She also did seem the most happy. So when we were finished I had no place to put the garbage. I had to get out and use the garbage can that was overflowing . The food was ok but the service was not the best.

Well not going here again! Took the family here and ordered our food...came out with a bunch of suff we didnt oder. Then I call them to tell them. They said ok we will be right out to pick it up. ( they were more worried about picking up the bad order than givng us what we really ordered)Took another 15 mins to get the new stuff..she was very short with us and I wouldnt be shocked if they made us wait because we complained.
