Always clean, plenty of parking, customer service is great, sales people are also, they always ask if I need help finding anything, very helpful with heavy stuff and the cashiers are always friendly and smiling. I enjoy shopping here, the prices are great and I can find everything I need under one roof. I have found so many things that are half the price of other stores, same products, which makes it affordable to me and that makes me a happy shopper!

The lines are always long and there never seems to be enough checkers! One time I thought I lost a $100 gift card while shopping there and I asked a checker if she could contact an associate to help notify others to look for it and she told me I would have to go up to customer service to notify someone. They have walkie talkies at the checkout, could she not have just called out to her manager over that to help me? Luckily, I found the card myself.

Ill never step foot in here again. I waited in sporting goods for 30 minutes waiting on help, even with having them page someone 2 different times. Even calling the store and telling them I need help and having them try to page someone again I could not get any employees to help me. They lost my business forever I ended up just ordering it online from someone else. Boycott Walmart!!

Customer service has been terrible. The women I spoke with acted as if I was in convincing her time with my simple question. Also, the line for returns is EXTREMELY long. Waited over 20 minutes to return a few items and had to leave becauze u still had 6 peolle in front of mw.3 computers are available but only 1 employee is doing returns after the holiday season.

Wall mart super center has all my needs. from food,to clothing and even gasoline! . If you prepay for gasoline and put the cash on a Walmart card you get discounted price on your gasoline. Save the card with a few bucks on it and it can be used in the store for purchases, or toss it in your glove box for your next fill up. They also make great gifts!.

Doesnt carry alot of the food or supplies my household commonly uses. Hardly any selection when it comes to brands if you are lucky enough for them to carry a specific type of product. Many employees arent very polite or friendly, and they dont go out of their way to act like they care about the customers or assisting them.

Walmart SUCKS!! They had ONE person who was qualified to sell ammo. This person was also the only one who could, or was willing to, mix and match paint. This employee of Walmart was very nice and polite but was very long winded with the customers. Thats probably why I had to wait over an hour for the ammo key.

I like Walmart because they have a pretty good selection and variety of things for day-to-day activities things for your home as far as electronics, furniture food, hunting equipment, crafting supplies, and other really neat stuff along with a gardening center.

This Walmart for the size has the smallest selection of items in the area. All of the Walmarts within 20 miles of my home carry different items, but this one has the least variety. Wood River, Edwardsville and the one in Florissant are better than this location

Very clean. Alot better than the Woodriver Walmart by far. And the people. LoL. You get a heck of a better crowd/quality of people at Godfrey vs Woodriver. Woodriver has definitely went down hill. Not just Walmart...... The whole darn town

Ive never seen a business with such incompetent, and rude employees! It disgust me to even have to enter this or any other Walmart! My once a year visit was more than enough! Im far better than this store! Look out Target here I come!

The parking lot is always full and its always busier than a 4 way stop in downtown New York. The store is extremely big and you need a scooter to get everywhere you need to go without tiring yourself out. Too crowded!

First off this place is the worst walmart Ive ever been to. Usually crawling with young thugs and wanna be gangsters. Not a great selection of food choices or anything for that matter. Worst walmart in the area

They dont tend to stock enough. Most times when we are there they are out of stock or if you are looking for an item that says Walmart carries it for some reason Godfrey Walmart doesnt have it

As far as Wal-Marts go, this one is pretty good. Well-stocked. Fresh produce. Grocery is hyper-competitive on price. They just need more people on the floor to help and more cashiers.

I go here frequently since I live close, selection compared to other stores are slim this isnt a Walmart Supercenter. But it serves its purpose, employees are usually friendly.

Not very friendly at the Service desk. The store sells phones that dont work if you go 3 miles north or west and dont warn you before they sell you the phone.

It is not good for a place to sell frozen food, and then not have enough cashiers,so that your ice cream is no longer frozen by the time you get to your car.
