One word to describe my experience with this business is DEPLORABLE! 1. William Tucker, the owner, told me that my retractable banner would be ready by Thursday, close of business, according to the invoice. By Friday, 5: 30 PM, it was still not ready. 2. The reason that it was not ready was because he said that the stand broke and he had to go way north to get another one. What business owner only has one of what they need to do their business in store with the closest backup plan over an hour away? 3. When I asked him about what he thought would be a reasonable price adjustment based on him missing the deadline, he refused to make one and when I canceled my order, he refused to refund my money. This was a very disappointing experience, one of the worst service experiences, ever!

So I have to say Ive had the worse experience with this printing company. I recommended for everyone to use someone else. Not only do they do horrible work, they lie too you. I caught them in one of their lies. Ive been waiting for almost over a month to receive my copies. When I finally get them, they are wrong for a second time and now they dont want to refund my money.

The experience was Great. I worked with William. They provided fast service and the quality was top notch. I typically deal with FedEx Office or Office Max Impression for my commercial work. Both locations were backed up and I took a chance on Ink Spots. Glad I did better prices with the same quality. Definitely will be returning. Sorry big boys you snooze you lose.

The owner is a rip off to say rhe least. He stills owes me money from a sign I never received since last year. Beware he will doctor up paperwork to seem like he doesnt owe you money. He even had the nerve to ask me to pick the sign up from the warehouse really. Keep your money and go elsewhere!
