There were major oversights on the order we placed. They used a design completely different from the one we submitted and also failed to print our names in the font we requested in our initial order. We did not receive a refund for the 200+ garments they embroidered. Galaxy was unwilling to acknowledge fault and told us we were never clear about our requests - which is hard to hear since we sent in a vectorized .EPS file that they simply had to click into their system to embroider. We also called before placing our order to clarify details about pricing if we were to create our own design; they told us to email our design to them. After placing the order and submitting all the design details, I called in multiple times to check-in with them. I was continually met by voicemail; my messages were never returned. I trusted everything would go according to plan and simply sent a few more emails (which they were responsive to) but that clearly didnt do us much help. If you will be taking the plunge, my advice to you is to go to their store and check-in with them *several* times and request a sample before they move forward with any large orders. This is my first review ever in the world of the internet - sad it has to be a negative one.

DONT DO IT. THEY ONLY RECEIVED 1 STAR CAUSE THATS THE ONLY WAY I COULD GIVE A REVIE ....I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO SAVE MY LIFE . THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL.AND UNORGANIZED. I PLACED A ORDER 45 DAYS AGO IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE READY IN 2 WEEKS.I CALLED TO PICK IT UP AND THE STAFF HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT I THEN LEFT A MESSAGE FOR THE PERSON WHO I PLACED THE ORDER WITH HE NEVER CALLED BACK I CALLED SEVERAL MORE TIMES OVER A FEW DAYS I FINALLY TALK TO HIM ONLY FOR HIM TO ASK FOR MY ORDER INFORMATION TO BE EMAILED AGAIN. A WEEK LATER I CALLED HE SAID HE NEVER RECEIVED IT.HE THEN ASKED ME TO TEXT MY ORDER TO HIS PERSONAL PHONE. AFTER THAT HE ASSURED ME IT WOULD BE COMPLETED.2 WEEKS GO BY I CALL BACK ONLY FOR HIM TO AVOID MY CALLS. TODAY I FINALLY GET A ANSWER ONLY FOR HIM TO SAY THEY CANT DO IT. AND YET I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK... I AM NOW REPORTING THEM TO BBB......TO BE CONTINUED.

If I could give this place a negative star you best bet I would. This place is the most unprofessional, belligerent, ghetto vendor that I have ever come across. The owner Teresa, doesnt know proper production procedure and lives in her own little world. I have been in the industry for over 18 years and this little no nothing thinks that she can create her own little process regardless how inconvenient it is for her customers... the ones that keep her business going. Yeah she can do little jobs but I would greatly advise against giving her a more detailed project. Avoid this place at all cost... I do mean ALL COST!!!

Communicated with the sales rep that I wanted a sample first. Everything seemed great while talking threw emails. I show up to the store to pay for digitizing fee and sample fee and they tell me they wont make a sample that I have to pay for the whole order. Why should I pay for something I havent seen a sample for? Im big on buying local and supporting small businesses. But I was really disappointed at the end.

The did a very nice job with embroidering my Girl Scouts T-Shirts with the Girl Scout Emblem and the Troop Number on the back.. My Girl Scout Troop looked awesome. Thank you.

my item looked horrible. a 3rd grader could have drawn a clearer picture than they printed. it ruined my mothers day. NEVER GO THERE!!!
