There was something about this store that I liked even though I was just searching the phonebook for a florist. When I called the store, Francis the owner, answered and sounded so nice and was helpful with my questions. When I went into her store, it felt "home-like" because of the arrangements she had made. She showed me an arrangement that would be within my price range for my moms funeral, & even explained how she would arrange the flowers & the type of basket shed use. She even asked if I wanted lettering on the ribbon at no extra charge. I was very happy about how she provided customer service & made the moment of losing my mother more bearable. Locally owned, personal service, and caring are the reasons why this is now my florist. Last Christmas she made wrist corsages and a boutineer for my youngest grandchildren. I loved them but most importantly the 6 & 4 year olds did also.They were made just the right size for each child. Today I am ordering funeral flowers with confidence of just what is needed at this sad time.

Excellent service. I called on a Friday to have an order by Saturday and the staff didnt an excellent job with the flower arrangement. The staff was also very accommodating and offered to stay a little bit later on a Saturday if I was going to be late getting there because of my work schedule. My fiancé loved her hydrangeas!
