I live in Saint Louis and have ordered for my girlfriend who lives in Rock Falls / Sterling on 3 occasions now. Anniversary to her home, Tonsil Surgery to the hospital, and a "just because" to her work....theyve always gotten the order right and on time! My only suggestion would be for all online orders, have the balloons and stuffed toys in the selection gallery as well as flowers, as right now you have to let the florist select the add ons for you. Thats the only reason I didnt give it 5 stars...however, they nailed it with the balloon. Very happy and I do recommend!

My mother-in-law is in a nursing home, and my husband and I live two hours away. We often send her flowers for her birthday, mothers day, or just to let her know were thinking of her. We always order from Lundstroms (usually on-line) and have had no problems. She has been delighted with all of the arrangements that she has received. In fact, when her birthday or a holiday is approaching, she starts to drop hints about how much she enjoys the flowers and that she wouldnt mind receiving more.

Three days after arrangement was delivered to my Mother for Mothers Day, half of the flowers were dead and bent over in the vase. There was no ribbon or embellishments added. No packet of food for the flowers was included. Called to notify them, salesperson was very rude. A few carnations and daisies were delivered to replace the ROSEs that were purchased at a high price. Very disappointed. Will never order from Lundstroms again!!!!

I used Lundstrom for my wedding on July 4, 2009 even after reading the horrible reviews on here. They did a wonderful job and the flowers were beautiful. I just want people on here to realize that most the time people only review when they have had a bad experience and it doesnt show the good experiences people have had. They flowers were great and the prices were cheaper than others as well. I would highly recommend!

The last time my husband ordered flowers for me they were not what he ordered. They did replace them though. Today I received another arrangement that he ordered, once again not pleased at all. I feel like they are an arrangement of over priced weeds. Waste of his hard earned money! Never again

I had received flowers for valentines day and they sucked! They were arranged badly like they were just thrown in the vase and colors didnt match. Now three days after I got them, the roses are dying. I was disappointed and Lundstroms does not deserve business!

Called in an order for a local funeral service. The arrangement was in stock and the whole order process took less than five minutes. Later, I saw a picture of the arrangement and it better than the online picture.

Have used Lundstrom florist for years to send flowers long-distance to various relatives around the Sterling-Rock Falls area. They have always sent wonderful flowers, displayed beautifully!
