I recently moved to the Slidell area and was at the mercy of a Google search for florist services. I called Pedals and Stems for same day delivery on flowers for my wifes birthday. I spoke to Miss "Jody", she was extremely friendly and nice. She explained all the options and cost. I took a leap of faith and through out a figure of what I wanted to pay. Miss Jody promised a nice arrangement. The flowers delivered to my wife at her place of work were timely and beautiful. She was blown away and very happy with them. Being a man, I can not elaborate on flower specifics, but I can contest it was vivid and very elegant. I will Petals and Stems from now on. Thank you Petals and Stems and thank you Miss Jody.

I dont live in Slidell so after searching for a florist online I decided to call Petals based on the reviews given. There was only 1 less then 5 stars and I liked the owners response. Seems the complainer forgot to mention that Petals stood 100% behind their product and that was the deciding factor for me. Anyway, I called and they couldnt have been more nice or more accommodating. Wonderful service, excellent arrangement and overall very good sgopping experience. Needless to say I will be ordering more from Petals in the future. Thanks Petals for helping me out and doing a great job as well.

I recieved 2-12dozen roses bouquets from Petals & Stems. They are a birthday gift (October 13th) from my boyfriend so I dont have the heart to tell him my disappointment in the quality of the flowers. I recieved my delivery of "free spirit" and "red" on Saturday (October 10th) it is now Monday (October 12th) evening and several of the roses in each bouquet have already began to wither. At this rate they wont even last a week.

Janet and her staff are the best in Town! She is very creative in everything that she does. It is second nature to her. Her choice of flowers is unlike anyone elses! Her shop is beautiful with all of the great gifts of lotions, soaps, floral arrangements, bird feeders, jewelry, potted arrangements and the like. Phone orders are welcome, but a visit to her shop is encouraged and not to be missed.

I was referred to Petals and Stems when looking for a local florist so I could send flowers to my mom. It was one of the most beautiful I had seen and was not disappointed. I would recommend them for their great flower selection in creating something wonderful, and their great customer service.

Really? Andrea McNeils roses were replaced the next day, All two dozen, even though she only claimed one of the designs were wilting. Where is her review on the replacement?? And the courteous service she received????
