Wow, So sorry the first reviewer was not satisfied. It makes me wonder if the reviewer made their unhappiness known as I am sure they would have done everything they could to make it right. I have used The Flower Basket for several different occasions and have always been very very pleased. Also, a couple of months ago, my co-workers ordered a get-well plant from The Flower Basket and also wanted to include a gift certificate from the Italian Groceria - the florist personnel went to the Groceria and purchased the gift-certificate for them so they would not have to drive all the way from St. Louis to Collinsville. Very happy customer

I schedeuled an appointment to have flowers done for my wedding with no problem. After callin to pay the deposit and leaving a msg more than once, I decided to take my business elsewhere. The guy never called me back and the lady answering the phone wasnt to helpful either. Plus she didint seem to care that this issue was costing them business. Not professional to me and not who I felt was going to be professional on my special day.

A local family-owned store that has gorgeous flowers as well as a couple of rooms of outstanding gifts in many themes. A new favorite new local store for me, and I always choose local over nation ot cookie-cutter cheap, international organizations.

The best, most original arrangements. The work from The Flower Basket is truly Art! There is no where else in the area that can compete. We will not go anywhere else.
