I love this place! I just went in to pick up a last minute flower arrangement for a friend and the customer service was awesome! I had no idea what I wanted, but the gentleman there was so great and helpful. I left with a beautiful bouquet that was exactly what I wanted for a great price. I was so glad I didnt have to buy some over priced stock bouquet from a grocery store. Also, apparently they have their own small bakery and had some really yummy looking cupcakes and other desserts. I will definitely be going back there the next time I need flowers! I definitely recommend it :)

Very disappointed with flower delivery. This florist sent pink/peach roses with browned edges and floppy rose heads. When I called the owner to notify him of the condition of the delivery he stated "you waited too long to say anything, there is nothing I can do". I stated that the flowers were delivered a day before a planned trip and that I had intended to call when I returned. He was extremely unpleasant and did nothing to help the situation. I would NEVER recommend this florist to anyone!

Oh My Word how to describe the wonderful people who work here and are more then willing to bend over backwards for you. I have never been so happy in my life with the friendliness of the staff and the owner. The cupcakes from cupcakes too are to die for! I am using them for my wedding and every birthday/special occasion I may have as long as I live in the area!

The best flower place! I live in Chicago and had to trust that they would deliver my Mom amazing flowers...and they came through perfectly! The guy on the phone was amazingly nice, helpful, caring, and didnt rush me at all. In fact, he was very excited about my bouquet. Ill always go here when I want to get her flowers!
