Ive been going here for years, but the place has gone downhill. Sort of like having your eyes checked by a used car salesman, trying to pressure you to buy "extras." I just wanted an annual eye exam--didnt need new glasses, which the doctor agreed with. But he still pushed me to buy a "backup" pair in a new style. Also to pay extra for them to "pull up" and analyze the photographs of the interior of my eyes they had already taken (similar to some museums and other attractions that take a photo of you when you arrive, then try to sell you expensive prints before you leave). Ill be looking for a more professional facility thats covered by my insurance for my exam next year.

They dont deserve one star! I was being waited on to get new glasses. Even Though they were other employees the woman that was waiting on me by the name of margarita answered an incoming phone call told me to wait. Then she proceeded to go to another computer and make an appointment for the person that was on the phone I waited over five minutes and ended up walking out of there never to return again

Horrible experience, will never return. I purchase glasses on December 30th, paid in full. Still waiting to recieve my glasses. I fault myself for trying to spend money close to my neighborhood. Next time, I will visit Orland Park location, you receive better service and they keep there promise of servicing customers. I will make a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

Horrible experience. I had an appointment but was not even acknowledged until after I had been in the store for about 10 minutes. Then the office girl started taking care of customers that came in after me and took three phone calls while I was there. I became so frustrated that I left and went to Americas Best down the street.

Terrible customer service. If the order was wrong the appropriate response would be to apologize and ask how they could fix the problem. I was told by an associate;::: yeah well you told someone thats what you wanted ::: Actively listening would benefit the staff.

If it wasnt for Dr. Todd, I would give zero stars!! The 3 robotic like women working on 7/28/17 had absolutely no personalities!!! They were not friendly and they all talk as if they are reading from a script. Dr. Todd was amazing and she would get 5 stars !!!

Ive been coming here since i was in 3rd grade. Love the staff everyone is so nice. The Dr is amazing and is very informative. Have a nice selection of my favorite brand name frames. All my family and friends comes here. If i could give 10 stars i would!

Great place to get an exam and purchase glasses and contacts. Staff is friendly and helpful and the doctors are wonderful. Everyone is very knowledgeable and is willing to help you on whatever you need!
