I went to this location exactly a week ago to get an exam done for eyeglasses AND contacts.. Paid out of pocket. Anyways the exams went well and very quick. They gave me a trial on the contact lenses for 4 days and told me my prescription would be ready to pick up in four days and theyd call me. LIES!!! Its been a week and I havent received a call and I ran out of the trial pairs.... Now I cant see at work or drive at night.... Im just waiting ..very frustrated.... I paid almost 300 cash... An employee discount included... And this is the service I receive. I know not to return here for an exam or prescription refills on my eye wear!! Hopefully its not another week or MONTH I have to wait!
