Ive been going here for 13 years and I never had a problem until the new "Ossip Optometry" firm took the place of Cottone Family Eye Care. Dr. Panos is great, but the women at the front desk were absolutely awful and rude. I was there a few months ago to return my contacts and the manager was so condescending and rude, I actually had to ask her to stop being so rude TWICE. In the last two years, there wereTHREE times I was showed up at least a half hour before their written closing time, and they were already locked up with the lights off. Im so disappointed in what this place has become since Cottone left. So after attending for 13 years, I will be finding a new optometrist. Do not go here.

Dr Cottone is very thorough and takes his time during exams. Ive never felt rushed or "processed" along. He also treats my family, who have had special conditions throughout the years. His referral of Dr Mary Hoffman for eye surgery for my husband was perfect and his follow-up to her surgery was very reassuring. His support staff is wonderful as well.

From being greeted upon arrival, through my exams, being seen by Dr. Cottone, being fitted for new eyeglasses, and completing the payment process, I have always had a top-notch experience at Cottone Family Eyecare. A longtime patient, I highly recommend Dr. Cottone and his personable and knowledgeable staff.

Needed my prescription transferred to another eye care clinic. Had to wait for the doctor to come in for them to transfer it, and then they sent the eyeglasses prescription instead of the contacts prescription. I never got eyeglasses with them. Disappointed.
