Ive been coming here since childhood, about 15 years, and the place has gotten worse over time. I visit this location once a year for glasses and contacts, and today is the last time Ill ever go again. I had a $2 balance, for which I planned to use my Visa, but couldnt because they have a $10 minimum. I asked them to please waive this and accept my card as I was in a hurry. They instead referred me to the dollar store to make a purchase and get cash back. I asked them to please bill me so that I can be on my way, but this request was denied as well. I run to the store to make a purchase and approve the fee for cash back only to return and get charged more than the $2 balance. Its 2016, and youre a health facility....... Bill the customers. Remove the minimal charge amount. Be professional.

Worst Experience Ever!!!! I was on hold for almost 7 min just to ask a simple question and the girl answers with the most rude attitude knowing she left me on hold for that long. Then I get to the place so I can get even more attitude from them. I was asking normal questions patients have and they looked at me as if I was asking for money. NEVER GOING BACK!!! I dont know how this place still has customers. There are so many places around there that treat you way better.

My daughter received glasses from them through CPS. She had the exam in June and received the glasses in September. By then, we already had glasses. They charged her glasses to my medical card, which I did not appreciate. Finally, the glasses were bifocals - she could not see out of them at all, and the frames didnt fit her face!!! When I called to return them they gave me the run around. Horrible experience. This year they will not touch my daughters eyes.

WORST SERVICE PROVIDER I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! I ordered glasses, and I was never informed that the frame had been discontinued. I had to follow-up with them to see what was going on with the frame. Not only did they put me on a 20 minute wait, but after a week they finally tell me the glasses were never ordered. They said my refund would be issued in 3-4 days. Three weeks later and nothing. Ridiculously irresponsible, and just plain rude. WILL NEVER RETURN!

I really love the doctor at this place. Always very friendly and helpful, the kind of people you can tell that love their job. As far, as the the reviews below, I think that the assistants that they have are always different, so you never really know. Ive been going here for 5 years.
