This experience was so terrible i had to write a review. Place my order, a "signature creation," the girl helping doesnt even know whats in it. I can overlook that...so I just tell her as Im reading it off their wall menu. As she starts to make it, she informs me they dont have peanut butter, one of the main ingredients. I say ok and ask for fudge instead...which they also dont have. She continues making it and moves to the toppings area. Asks me what else is in the item I ordered. I tell her almonds, to which she then tells me "o, we dont have those either..." They somehow didnt have fudge, peanut butter nor almonds---toppings that are included in at least half if not more of their menu items. Not to mention, that there were maybe half of the flavors full in the ice cream section--rest were empty. Maybe when you are out of such key ingredients, you should let your customers know, PRIOR to making it all...spent nearly $6 dollars on something that was missing half of the ingredients. Terrible...

They should not deserve a star. I had gone there twice and either they are under staff with no one to help or their equipment broke down. Despite I got a free coupon several weeks back I decided to give Stone Cold Creamy a try again on Saturday September 24 2016. This time it was under staff. I went to Epic Burger to have my early diner and came back maybe thinking the line was gone,. IT WAS NOT. What really upset me was the cashier did not have a key to access the building and had to hope over the display of ice cream and then he helps someone else that I was ahead of in line. He also did NOT wear his name tag. I did report this to the website of Stone Cold and I wish people NEVER to go to this sorry excuse location of an Ice Cream Parlor for ANYTHING.

Came in last minute to order a cake since it was too short notice at the other locations, i came in to the smell of fresh waffles and was welcomed. I then asked if it was too late to order a cake for tonight, and i was told my cake would be ready. so i went ahead and placed the order and came back few hours later to pick it up, and it was just what i order. If this wasnt enough I even saved 10% just by liking their Facebook page. Im def. going to order all my cakes from them. the cake was delicious, I highly RECOMMEND!!!!

Rude staff, hair in food, and overall poor quality of food. I wish I had known a Ben and Jerrys was right around the corner before eating here. Even after finding a hair in my food they refused to give me a refund and only offered a replacement. Just what I want...to eat another scoop of ice cream from the same container.

OK, the ice cream is not that fabulous to pay all that. You cant mix flavors, really? You cant get more than one scoop unless you buy another one for another $4.70+ just for a scoop, really? Whatever, not coming back here again. Can get a better tasting ice cream for less WITH ALL THE FLAVORS I WANT!

Coldstone has terrible customer service. I left my wallet there and they were extremely unhelpful. The hours posted at the store are also inaccurate. As far as the ice cream, it was fine but they were out of multiple flavors and mix-ins when I went.

Went there an hour before theyre supposed to close the hours posted online, and on the window say closing at 10 I knocked on the door and the lady working there said they were closed. She was rude and on her phone looking like she was cleaning up.

worst cold stone Ive been to. great lack of customer service skills; didnt acknowledge us when we walked in. our waffle cones were stale, I couldnt even finish my cone. never going back. if I could give it 0 stars, I would.

Horrible service. Manager is irresponsible and forgets to tell the staff about the online orders. Staff is super rude and not professional. Coldstone at Woodfield is so much better even though they are 10x busier.

They werent open when they said they would be and dont have any ice cream cakes. Theyre slow and kind of dirty. Youd be better off buying a tub of ice cream from Whole Foods.
