I think every college should have an Insomnia. Why? When I go to college, Im going to miss my moms delicious cookies, my dads warm hugs, my own plush bedroom. Im going to get homesick. Insomnia cookies is like taking an oven perpetually full of fresh, warm homemade cookies (not to mention the more adventurous "deluxe" flavors) to college with me. (I really wish I had one near my college... My sister is so lucky to have one near hers!!!) You can tell, even if youre standing five feet away from Insomnia, that the gentle aromas will lead you to great cookies. I cant rate this place highly enough.

Very disappointed - we ordered a cookie cake for a childs birthday party since we would be unable to attend in person, and found out the evening after it was supposed to be delivered that it never arrived. No one received any notification via email or phone. When I called to inquire, my card was refunded but there was no offer to re-schedule the delivery.

The cookie gods have blessed us with these amazing delicious delectable treats for everyone, big or small, tall or short, Oh and pretty much they have staff that are actually nice. Amen. Note: the cookie god thing was a joke but still they got some damn good cookies

This is a fun addition to the neighborhood! Ive never used their delivery service, but I often see their bicyclists riding around. The cookies are delicious and you can sometimes smell them cooking from down the block.

The employees like to cuss each other out and fight instead of taking orders. Which is exactly the image for an upscale cookie store. Also, the website is horrible. Peanut butter cookies are good though.

Delicious tasting ice cream cookies. Good service. Not a place to eat in though so youll have to go to Loyola across the street if you want to sit down. They should have outdoor seating

Ive had insomnia before from a different location, but this location doesnt seem to be as good. My cookies were slightly hard, not as soft as they normally are.
