July 10,2017 2:00 pm wicker park eye center Is been awhile seems there always an issue with front desk secretarys I got feedback from patients Unprofessional secretarys front desk very ghetto walk around giving mean looks at customers the wait about 4-5 hours they goosip about customers . Paperwork name was filled completely wrong Then when I ask to speak to manager jasmine Rivera says sorry then jasmine goes and speaks with Marisol who looks was having a bad day the one who was unprofessional from start Marisol gives a bad look reply back who cares and walk away from jasmine they need to hire new staff who cares about patient and are professionals Doctor was phenomenal

The staff is kind courteous respectful and very professional. The clinic is very clean. I have visited Wicker Eye Park Center a few times, with each visit I have received excellent service. Dr. Tepper is the best ophthalmologist that I have seen in many years. He, like his staff, is also courteous respectful and very professional. Dr. Tepper listens to my concerns and explains everything carefully. I like the staff Dr. Tepper and the way that I am treated. I will remain with the center, other eye clinics that I have visited do not compare.

I arrived 10min early for my appointment and waited an hour until I was seen. The real kicker- they called me 4 times and texted to confirm my appointment- I confirmed each and every time. Even woke me up the morning of my appointment to confirm one.last.time. (they said this is standard procedure.) People were friendly except for ladies behind the desk. They need to get organized and stop overbooking.

They were able to squeeze myself and my girlfriend in for an emergency appointment. They were nice about it, didnt complain or appear to be inconvenienced. Even the doctor himself didnt appear like he was then trying to rush us out. Took his time, explained everything. Highly recommended.
