Brought my mom here the other day to order some glasses through her Medicaid. The customer service was great, they were really friendly. It was very busy in there but they took care of my mother in a timely fashion. She got her glasses back in 2 weeks and she was very happy. Thank you See and Save Optical! Im definitely coming back to get my eyes checked here. Also they have a huge collection of frames including designer frames.

Ordered some Ray Ban glasses and dragged a month later to finally come. Waited so long and even bought anti glare lenses but wasn’t even anti glare like other glasses stores I went to. When ordering, didn’t even show me the picture of the glasses. Horrible experience and did not get what I wanted.

I asked if i could pick up the glasses for my mom and guy started yelling and lecturing me in front of everybody . I had to leave the office . This is by far the worst customer experience i ever had . They are truly cold , unprofessional and very rude .

The eye doctor needs to go back to school. They prescribed lenses to me, yet it was still pretty hard to see, this has occurred multiple times I went to another eye center and I could see much better with the glasses they prescribed.

My appointment was at 3:30 pm and I showed up at 3:20pm. Kept me waiting till 4:45pm in the lobby before I was called inside to see the doctor.

Very good service, everyone is kind and helpful. You can get good deals even without insurance. My mother also got prescription glasses here.
