Steve Quick Jeweler is the best. I first visited SQ when I lived in Lincoln Square and began looking for my fiances engagement ring. I began the process, but had some unexpected costs come up that put the ring on hold. I explained this and they were amazing and understanding, telling me to come on back any time I was ready and they would still have all our notes on file for me, absolutely NO PRESSURE! I walked in ~6-8 months later and sure enough, we picked up the conversation like no time had passed at all. From beginning-to-end the women at Steve Quick put me at ease, and made the hugely daunting and overwhelming task of picking the perfect ring not only easy but FUN! (The beer certainly doesnt hurt!) My Fiance LOVED/S her ring, and the women insisted we come in for mimosas to celebrate and introduce her, after hearing about her for the better part of a year. The customer service we continue to receive is the reason we keep coming back. We have since purchased our wedding rings from Steve Quick, trust them with any and all jewelry repairs, and refer any friends who ask!

This place is awesome! I was looking to have a watch band adjusted. I went to this place expecting to give them a few bucks for the service. Not only did they insist on doing it for free, they made sure that I, a non-paying customer, was completely satisfied. I dont review things, but I had to write this for the simple fact that places like this are so few and far between. If you want a jeweler wholl take the time to make sure youre well taken care of, look no further.
