I went here because of the favorable reviews. The price was good, and the service was fast. BUT they quality of work was terrible. I only give bad reviews when the service was really bad. They resized my engagement ring from very large to pretty small. In doing so, 2 small cracks on each side were created. These things do happen, but they did not say anything to me about it. One of the cracks was cutting my finger! I took it into another jeweler who confirmed this happens sometimes when resizing rings. The other jeweler also noted that one of the prongs for my diamond was loose! Thanks for mentioning that Detalles. Lastly, the other jeweler re-cleaned the ring, and it looked like a different ring! Detalles said they cleaned it, but I could not tell they had done so.
