Ive had such a horrible experience with this vendor. My husband and I recently purchased a ring that was over $1500. Now my first mistake was coming to this place. When I first got the ring the very next day a diamond had already fallen off. I called right away and they said to bring it in and they will fix it no charge. Now maybe 2 weeks later i put my ring on in the morning and notice another diamond missing. I was very upset at this point i called and they told me to bring it in again. The man who was looking at the ring claimed that "i was washing dishes and i hit the side of it and thats what made it fall out". How did he come up with that theory i dont know. He ended up fixing it and for my troubles banding the two rings together. I was very annoyed still because we spent a lot of money on these rings and this shouldnt be happening at all. He also said that the next time this would happen i would have to pay for the repairs, and that they recommend me getting insurance on it. I didnt get the insurance because i trusted in his word about the ring being in excellent condition. I ended up getting the ring back about 2 weeks later and he said that the ring was perfect and nothing should happen again. NOW! Just this past weekend I got off work and as putting my seat belt on. I have the tendency of always checking my ring because of the past few incidents, and when i looked down what do i see? Another missing diamond! I was very very upset at this point. I had my husband call and the same man told him to bring it in again. When we did he looked at the ring and claimed that I hit a hard surface and thats what caused the bonding to break and the diamond to fall off. I explained to him that i did not hit anything that i was simply putting on my seat belt and it had fallen off. I know it happened in my car because i found the diamond on my car seat. At that point he didnt want to help me at all. All i wanted was my money back or an exchange. He didnt want to do either and he said i would have to pay to get it fixed. When i asked to speak to the owner he said that the owner lived over seas and the only way they communicate is via phone. He also didnt even want to give me the number to the manufacture of the ring. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!. They say you get what you pay for, but honestly 1500 is a lot of money and this ring is not worth it at all. Do not waste your money on here youll regret it!

My experience with creative jewelers was terrible. I wanted to have my medical charm on a thicker ring which they told me in the beginning that it was possible and that it would cost 30 dollars for it. They even wrote down what I wanted. After 2 days, I received a call letting me know that it was ready. When I went there, the charm was no where near the thicker ring.. instead it was in a really thin ring in an area where I specifically told them not to put it because it will break easily. The owner didnt know why it was place there and tried to convince me that what i wanted could not be done. So after 10 mins of trying to convince the owner to try, he agreed to it. 1 week passed and still no phone call about my bracelet. A week and a half is when I heard from them again saying that it was ready. I went to go see what they had done and to my suprise, they had done nothing to it and left it how it was, then had the nerve to tell me that the final payment was 10 dollars. I went to Zale for and second opinion and asked them if it would be possible to do what I wanted and they said yes. I should have went with Zale in the begining. I would not recommend creative jewelers at the hip mall. I walked out of there robbed of 30 dollars and an unsatisfied customer.
