This is by far my favorite vape shop I have stepped foot in. I started frequenting here about 2 years ago when I lived nearby, and now I live in Lincoln Park and pass about 10 different shops on my way back. It was the first place that really taught me the basics and will always go out of my way to come here. Sammy has given me some of the best customer service I have in recent memory, vape shop or otherwise. While it may be true that I can find slightly better prices online for vape kits and fluids, it is worth the extra charge for the peace of mind and the experience I get it. I have had a few devices break over time and they will typically help me fix or replace them at low to no extra charge. They also sometimes offer discounts when buying many fluids at once, so it is a good idea to stock up here instead of picking up 1 or 2 bottles at somewhere closer to where I live. I highly recommend this store and my only real complaint is that I live too far away.

This is far and away the best vape shop Ive been to as far as customer service is concerned. Sammy is the best; hes so friendly and knowledgeable, and even if they dont have something you want in stock he will make sure to get it. He has great suggestions for new flavors every time I come in. Their warranty policy is phenomenal, Ive had a few things break or stop working and Sammy is great about making sure I go home with either a replacement or a new vape that is even better. The prices are the best in the city; he will do deals if you buy multiple items. Also, I have been to many stores run by total vape snobs who look down on you for not being an expert, but Sammy is knowledgeable and will explain anything without making you feel dumb!! Love this place, 10 stars.

First experience with Global S&V was amazing. Sammy (Spelling?) was hugely helpful. Walking in I had no idea what I needed, or even how to use the vaporizer I bought 3 days ago (first one, SMOK G-Priv just push the button right?) Sammy answered all of my questions, showed me how to change the coil/prime it (....) and then went into detail about general usage and maintenance I didnt even know I should have been asking about. I will be bringing my roommates back and making sure I recommend this location to anyone who asks for advice. Thank you so much again!!!! You guys are now my go to shop.

Best shop yet!!! I found this place by complete accident and it was the best thing that Ive found. They LITERALLY carry EVERYTHING you could need or want, best part is the prices and the Friendly and knowledgeable service you get there. Ive found it less then 1 week ago and have already made another trip out that way and even found a few things I hadnt even seen the last time I was there. Great place to go to. Friendly and welcoming staff are very helpful even for first timers. Sami, in particular, was a great guy. He surely knows how to drive a bargain! He was very helpful and able to answer every question I had. He was super friendly as he was helping me too. Id recommend this place anybody in look of smoking supplies, no matter if theyre new to smoking or long time veterans. Ask for Sami! Great guy.

Great place, friendly people! They have all flavor Juul Pods, they have all kind of Phix Pod Flavors, and they sell both those devices as well. Again, very friendly people. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended.
