Such a nice experience. I am in customer service and so it is very important to me. They showed me how to change the Flint on a Raw brand lighter even though I wasnt buying a new one. To me, that friendliness and awesome quality of merchandise is few and far between with any product! These guys are awesome! Great prices too on top quality items (imo of course) Thanks guys! I saved you to my favorites!

It was a pleasant surprise to come upon this shop while in Chicago -- quite a bit off the beaten path but well worth the drive. The prices seemed to be commensurate with the quality, and there was a wide selection from very artsy show pieces, to phat Mighty Chalice tubes. The displays were thoughtfully arranged and there is definitely a gallery feel when you cruise into the Highway. Highly recommend.

Amazing store, amazing staff. You are only going to find quality glassware here, with a great selection. The staff is also just awesome. Shame I forgot their names but they are more than willing to help you find what you need and always give you a good look at their inventory. Best shop around with the best, products and employees.

The guy was not friendly acting as if im obligated to purchase upon entering. The prices werent friendly at all. Never going back to purchase anything ever. Though I do enjoy secrets belmont and clark, friendly service and decent prices.

Not very helpful and prices are pretty high, I guess that is where they get the name from. Didnt have any traditional pipes and was sent to another place called beyond the limit. I liked beyond the limit much more.
