Absolute WORST experience ever! Sold me a defective torch. Lasted one day and then quit. I called Up to ask them for a help or a replacement and they told me that my only options were to buy another one or write an angry email to the manufacture and hope I get a replacement. The only thing that matters to these shady bastards is money. Once you have swiped your card youre as good as dead to them. They have absolutely no remorse about selling defective merchandise and were quite flippant when I called telling me "it worked when you left" I used the thing literally one time. These guys were my neighborhood store and Ive spent hundreds there. I will never ever ever go back. Apparently a torch that cost them next to nothing is worth losing a customer for life and all of the referrals I send them. If you believe in giving business to a store with questionable ethics and shoddy merchandise then this is the place for you. Otherwise I would go to any of the other shops within a few blocks.

All I needed was a $15 battery. They sold me a $75 product I didnt need, cant use, and now cant return. They take advantage of the fact that most of their customers cant actually speak freely about their needs. When I called to tell them they sold me something I cant use, they just invited me to come back to the store to pay for a different product. If service is truly their hallmark -- maybe they should try to work with customers who need guidance, rather than leading them to the most expensive item on the shelf. BAD FORM.

The best vape shop Ive been to! Every time I visit, the staff is friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable and informative about their products. Im very picky about my e-juice flavors, and their house brand is the only brand whose flavors I enjoy on a consistent basis. As a suburbanite, it is entirely worth it to drive into the city for the shopping experience they offer. Ive become a loyal customer thanks to their professionalism. Its a great store!

SIMPLY AMAZING! I BOUGHT A KANGERTECH DRIP BOX, AND HAD SOME ISSUES WITH IT, AND THEY ALWAYS HELPED ME WITH IT, WITHOUT A PROBLEM, I LOVE THIS PLACE! This crew runs the best smoke shop in town. They have everything, literally. They sell the best of the best and if you have a question about ANYTHING they have the answer. This is the only place I shop, Ive racked up 1700 points, $1 = 1 point ($1,700). And to the guy who buys a cheap torch, what do you expect man. All In One Smoke Shop all day every day.

They did great new user training on the vape equipment they recommended. When I called later with more (and repeat) questions, they were patiently and pleasantly answered. Have since bought another vape. I enjoy the store and the staff.
