Now this place is what one would call "FAMILY" they treat you like youeve been apart of their family business all of their lives and it shows as soon as you walk into the building, the owners are fantastic and they am to please with whatever cigar need that you have. When you walk towards the back, where there are more comfortable seats it is customary to shake everyones hand and introduce yourself including the women so that everyone gets to know you. They are fully stocked at all times with a variety of cigars and brands that you can choose from. They also have a house cigar that is a must try especially the barber pole if you go there tell they them that I sent you and lay back and relax!

From a beginner smoker to the most sophisticated you will truly appreciate your experience at TP. The walk-in humidor has an extensive array of quality sticks and because of there relationships they have access to rare cigars other stores dont. The owner Faras and staff Romi and Megan are always friendly and very knowledgeable. You will not be disappointed and I highly recommend that you stay and enjoy a smoke in there lounge where you feel like you know everyone.

I was referred to the shop by Lars Tetens as a place to purchase his cigars. I live a couple of hours away, but as I was in the area for business, I made it a point to stop by. Not only was I blown away by the selection and clean layout of the location, but the staff welcomed me in a way that some of the "snobby" cigar shops have never done. The employees were attentive and very cool. I will visit every time I pass through in the future.

The best. Ive toured several smoke shops in chicago and in the nearby Midwest. TP is my favorite by far. The hospitality is unmatched. Their house 708 sticks are exceptional. The entire staff are professional, knowledgable and they make you feel at home. If you are ever in the chicago area and want a good stick in a nice place, stop by TP.

I bought my first cigar from Tobacco Plus when it was still budding. They have a nice walk in humidor with a great selection. The service is good. The people are friendly, and the clients are sophisticated and classy. Tobacco Plus has good events, and a bright future.

Their selection of cigars, hookas and pipe tobacco are the best in Chicagoland. The staff is welcoming and the lounge is excellent. Ive been to a few of their tasting events and have no plans on stopping. Definitely worth your business.

Not sure about the atmosphere in this place.. Definitely too loud.. Cigars are over priced. My experience in this place was a little off. I felt like the owner or manger took my business for granted and left me feeling disgusted.
