I love this shop. The folks who work here are kind, brilliant and helpful. They have a wide variety of juice - a lot of high end stuff plus their own Roots brand juice which is half the price and as good as or better than many of the high end bottles. They also have the best and newest stock of batteries, tanks and coils. Ive never gone in and asked for something they didnt have in stock. Its a family owned and operated business, so theres none of the bullshit or advertising that comes out of those corporate owned shops. These are just good people trying to run a business ethically.

This place was great. They by far have the biggest selection of ejuices in the city and they have a ton of mods and bigger boxes for vaping. The cool thing is that they have certain units out of the box so you can feel them in your hand before you buy it. They also, dont pressure you into buying anything. I was told that I could research the one e-leaf that I wanted online before I bought it so I wouldnt be disappointed. I appreciated that. Also, they have some sick music playing in the background. Keep it up guys!

Very helpful and nice staff. Great artwork, shop layout, glass and vape selection too. Prices are very reasonable. They also have a great juice sampling bar with plenty of top name juices at good prices. They also offer their own house brewed Juices at great prices as well as a good selection from local Chicago Juice brewers. Im new to vape,but by the time i left roots smoke shop, ...i felt like a seasoned vet!! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My favorite part was the juice bar. I was able to try different flavors before i bought them..."miso juicy" and "bloody mango" are AMAZING! A must try. Overall ..... Great variety, Great decor(almost like an art gallery) and great customer service. I will definitely be returning to roots.

Ive been coming to this shop since the very first week of opening in Logan square. Staff is always great and will remain that way. Im a Roots loyal and wont look back. Have a big juice selection and theyre always finding a way to bring new ones in. Also, a great selection of mods depending on your style. They have what youre looking for, you shouldnt walk out disappointed. Great shop. Thanks guys!

Guy skipped over us for the more "local" looking customers. Never asked if we needed help. Seemed like a stuck up dude. Guess he figured we werent going to buy anything just because I was wearing my work clothes . Pretty bad experience. If youre of a lighter tone youll probably enjoy your visit . And he sold me the wrong coil... even after showing it to him.

I walked in yesterday because I was in the area. The experience I had at this location was much more pleasant than the other one. Here, I felt like I was allowed to think through what I wanted. Every other time Ive gone to the other location, I felt like I was inconveniencing them by walking in.

Amazing decor!!! They worked with me on purchasing a vaporizer, showed me everything they carry and suggested one based on my budget. They also carry a ton of liquids for a e-cig, including a 100 organic brand.

Staff is crazy knowledgeable and very friendly. When I had a piece broken on my vape before vacation, I was given a piece to make it work while I was out of the country for free. Crazy customer service.
