The nice lady at the counter informed me that they really dont focus on vape at this shop. That said, the selection is about as varied as your local tabbacco/hookah/glass/vape/head shop all-in-one. They lean much more heavily to the glass pieces here. There was a lot of nice stuff and about 3/4 of the display space is dedicated to various glass pieces. The low rating is due to three factors: 1. This is in a pretty shady part of town. I got the feeling if my car or personal possessions were of any worth, I might have been asked to give them up. 2. They have a very limited selection of vape juice, both size and flavor. Also, all flavors are zero-nicotine, but the shop will supposedly add it for you. I am not convinced they actually added any to mine, as I never saw them add any and the small bottle (which the counter person told me would bring me up to a "12") never seemed to empty. She said this is how they do it at the store to save themselves money. Maybe it is a common practice in the vape scene, but it seemed shady to me at first, and total BS after vaping the resultant mixture. 3. The bottle I did buy tasted like a spoiled version of the indicated flavor. Ironically, when I checked the bottle for info, it was about a year past expired. I am going to attempt to return it, but I dont have high hopes.

At first they were great. Marco was great help. I dont know if he was let go or he left, but he is gone and the other people there have no sense on how to order or keep things in stock (ie coals, BOTH instant or coconut ones). I was initially happy when this opened because its just a hop skip and a jump away from home, but I have been continually let down by their customer service. ( from them closing the store early [7:30-8:00] to thwm being down right rude!) I will be taking my business back up north to Ashs Bucktown on Milwaukee or Halsted smoke shop. Much friendlier staff and they are very rarely out of what I want or need. They also carry top of the line hookahs as well as "other" tobacco smoking apparatuses.

Walking in I was amazed by the selection and quality of the glass pieces on all their shelves. They have everything you could possibly need: glass pipes, water pipes, glass accessories, a huge selection of personal vaporizers and e-cigs. Would definitely reccomend visiting this shop! 10/10!
