Came in to sell my guitar. After I sold it I asked the gentleman behind the glass a simple question about the paper I was signing. The worker (Juan or Gwen not really sure) started yelling at me... Not exaggerating... Yelling at me, telling me he is gonna shred the paperwork. I asked him why he was yelling at me and proceeded to ask for his name and his supervisors name (Dave), the gentleman gave me the information and told me I will never be allowed back here. To say this was the most unprofessional experience Ive ever had is an understatement. The guy behind the counter really needs to calm down and keep his emotions in check. The best part was him telling me I was no longer allowed back... Like I would even want to. People need to know that this place may not be all that bad, I dont know. But I wouldnt want someone to be disrespected in the same manner that I was simply for selling, no matter what the reason, yelling at your customers is not a good business practice, it is not something that should even be ethically acceptable. I am pretty speechless to say the least.

Ive been here a few times to sell electronics I was no longer using. Juan is great to deal with! They dont try to low ball you out of the gate like many other shops do. He gives you a fair market price and Ive always left here satisfied. Highly recommended!
