When it comes to professionalism, Sterling & Knight sets a high standard with transparent deals. The first time I came to them, every step of a loan or purchase was explained easily so I could understand the process. I feel like Sterling & Knight holds customers personal experience in high value since I was treated on a very personal level. This is what has made me come back time and time again, and Israel is also very amicable and approachable to discuss prices with. When I purchased my first ring, I knew where to go and they made it fast, easy, and simple enough for me to walk out satisfied, the manager even held the door for me; now thats service. Customers can always count on returning to a friendly atmosphere at Sterling & Knight.

The owners and employees here in Hinsdale are top notch. I fell on some very hard times ( as have we all), and S/K Jewelers and Pawn shop helped keep me on my feet w/ loans on my jewelry. They are fair, compassioante and very understanding. Its like doing business with family, but better.
