To say that the person I spoke to was unprofessional, condensending,and totally into himself, would be a understatement of colosal proportations. I was simply asking if there was a charge for giving me an estimate on my silver and he insisted that the silver I had wasnt what I said it was eventhough I had the original paperwork. I then meantioned that I was there the day before, parked and carried my large silverware container only to find out that they were closed eventhough the open sign was on.He said that they closed early to attend a game. This is a business with a very poor representive of that business who would rather argue with you than do business with you. Dont waste your time with this totally unprofessional business.

Went shopping to sell some old jewelry. The person who helped me was rude, abrasive, and extremely condescending. The price quote was the highest but I honestly chose to go elsewhere due to the way I was treated. I lost out on about 20 dollars but honestly was worth the lost money knowing this person wasn’t making any money off of me. The individual made it very clear that he was the best and openly pointed out the Journal Article written about selling gold that mentions him. He clearly can put on a good show for reporters and cameras but treats customers as an imposition. If you’re hard-up for cash and want to be treated like a headache, feel free to use them. I chose to go where I was respected.

Had a horrible experience. The man was very short with me and didnt seem to want to get out of his chair. I had coins inside roles, over 40 various coins and he didnt even look through them before making an offer in not even 30 seconds, the worst/smallest offer Id gotten of 3 other places but considering the majority of good reviews of this place I thought Id give it a try. I honestly dont understand where any of the good reviews come from. I took my items elsewhere and got more than double what this place offered me.

Terrible, this mans was so rude to me over the phone. He was in such a rush to get off the phone you would have thought he had 25 customers waiting on him in the store. So I ventured out to this location only to find a small dirty store front and when placing my things on the counter he hurriedly shuffled through my platters and said they were all junk. Then basicly kicked me out. He has no regard for peoples feelings or property. Its a wonder how hes still in business.

I was shopping around to sell some old/scrap gold. I came across a gem in Wauwatosa. He was very honest and offered me over a $50 more than any other place!! I am recommending this place to all my friends and family!! Now I know I never have to shop around again!! He also had very beautiful rings, watches and bracelets in his case for sale!!! Looking for a place to sell well you have found the place to go!!!!

Great Place!!! I recently was at International and sold a couple gold rings and chains. The man working was extremely friendly so friendly it felt as though he was family. He gave me the highest price for all my items compared to a few other places in the area. I couldnt be more happy with my experience at International and I plan on going there in the near future. Highly recommend!

Buyer or seller beware! The person who answered the phone was terribly rude and degrading. Since I asked a couple of questions to find out what he would pay for scrap gold, he proceeded to degrade me and told me to have a nice day and hung up! Not my idea of a reputable place to do business. Not happy at all.

Went to gold and silver to sell a watch. The man that worked there was very friendly and knowledgeable. He didnt want to buy my watch because it was custom but was very quick to help me find a better place to sell it. Very good customer service and very helpful will be back soon!
