Sam the sales guy in audio is not an honest person. After negotiating we agreed on a price and we shook hands and then he tried to lower his price again after shaking? The manager Mrs. Green was to busy showing personal videos on her phone with her boyfriend and did not want to be disturbed causing sales associate and myself in a very confused and awkward state. She refuses to help her employee looking for help and continued to watch her video. Then lowered the price again on our agreed price after he tried a few times to speak to her. These tactics will not be forgotten on these individuals. Hopefully EZ Pawn corporate will look into this matter and remove the manager in question and hire someone that will help employees and customers achieve their satisfaction goals. Please watch the surveillance cameras on 7/31/15 between 1pm and 3:30 pm to see how long the manager was watching home videos with her friend to verify this concern. I have used EZ Pawn at other locations and the employees and management were great!

the way they treat their customers is like trash, they try to scam us. Ive been doing buisness with them for a while until I brought in MY MK purse/wallet to sell and I didnt like the price they offered me so I put the wallet in my hoodie pocket and walked out with MY original MK purse and the next day they call the cops claiming I stole that purse which was never Theres and did a whole investigation and false accused me of theft and Im never allowed back in there. Lol that place is trash, they dont even know their own belongings, you may be accused of theft

Overall great experience. Came in to put a tv on layaway. I wasnt able to pay one of the payments due to not making it to the store on time. They told me it was fine to just pay it the next day. Received the tv in great condition. Its been 6 months still going strong

I came to pawn off a cheap tablet and there was this creepy person that just looked at me and then when I left the pawn store, there he was just looking at me as I left. Not going to that pawn store anymore.......

Went here last Sunday and walked out with the entire store. I absolutely like the fact that the store is open on Sundays. The staff was patient and helpful. They negotiated all of my purchased items. Will be back.
