Honestly this place doesnt even deserve a star first off they base their prices of ebay... which is an auction site then they have very rude managers a latin male and Caucasian woman they low ball you they offered me a total of 45$ for 4 brand new ps4 games a multi purpose air pump and a 800 watt power converter they even tried to offer 10$ for a 1923 silver dollar valued at 10,000 $ crooked place they should be shut down by the better buisness bureau the only reason i made my pawn is because i had to pay a unexpected expense for medication my insurance wouldnt cover and it was open till 8 and i knew my stuff would be out in 3 days other than that i would not have pawned this place really sucks stay away dont give them buisness so they can continue operating.......

They are very stupid here. They told me my wifes one carat vintage genuine diamond (that was certified by a gemologist) was man made, not only was it certified by 3 other pawn shops and an upscale gemologist at a jeweler in Elmhurst, man made diamonds have only been around a few years and this was a vintage stone. They then told me my wifes antique .925 silver bracelet was silver plated..925 was stamped on the bracelet and certified by another jeweler also.They are trying to lie to people, it seems to scam people into selling them items for far less than they are worth. Buyer beware here. These women working here do not know expensive fine quality jewelry from cracker jack box rings.

Sold me a broken mic, so I take it back a week later no receipt, spoke to the same person that sold it to me, even said, "your back, wats up" and said I didnt buy it there, then proceeded to say I had to be the 1 that broke it. Foh. Str8 robbery here.
