I shop here every week and love the variety, quality, and price of the food. I also use the combined Osco pharmacy for prescriptions. My prescriptions and very complicated to order and fill. Osco makes that much easier than other pharmacies Ive use. They take care of contacting my doctor when needed and pestering my doctor when he doesnt respond in a reasonable timeframe.

I have been a local here for years and the staff here is pretty subpar compared to other Jewels Ive been to. A couple managers are pretty mean but the employees are helpful. Despite that its a good place for groceries, but they unfortunately lack a lot of items that other Jewels carry. Like I said the staff is mediocre at best and its enough to put up with for a local shop.

Excellent customer service. Great organic selection. People at the deli counter were very nice. The people at the customer service desk were very quick to deal with the issue in the mens restroom. I was very happy with this shopping experience. I will be returning to this particular Jewel Osco again! Job well done.

Jewel Osco has great deals, great food and they are kid friendly. You can go and get a snack for the kids at the bakery just ask for a free chocolate chip cookie. Yum! Their bakery treats are also great. you can look in their catalog to see their great deals. This a great place to shop.

Tina, Donna, and Sue are great every time I go to the deli department they are always very helpful. Despite the fact that Ive seen them deal with extremely rude customers while waiting in line. Definitely would say great customer service.

I grew up in bolingbrook and I now live in Chicago. I make the trek to shop at this store. Always food on the shelves and the store is clean and the staff is great. Now the Chicago jewels I have been to need help! A lot of HELP.

Some times I drive passing my Jewel Osco only to get this other Jewel Osco. They have the Organic yogurt I buy in stock always and at the the price is always good. I get minimum 10 of them every time.

Employees are always friendly. I like that they ask if you need stamps when you check out. That is the only way I remember to buy them
