The only person that is knowledgeable about phones at this store, is the store manager name Ryan. Everyone else is either lazy or very incompetent when it comes to technology. I only come to this sprint store, because my husband is very pleased with this sprint store. Why, I dont know. 1. My first bad experience at this sprint store. I had a virus on my phone. A lady at this sprint store said she saved all of my contact information to my Google before she cleaned out my phone. She did not! 2. My second bad experience at this sprint store. I couldnt pull Skype up on my phone which was weird, because I use to use Skype all the time on my phone. I took my phone to this sprint store. A older gentleman told me that I couldnt get Skype on my phone, because my phone was old. I have a Galaxy 5. I took my phone to a sprint store by my job in Aurora. A awesome guy helped me. The aurora sales associate told me he couldnt believe the sale associate in Romeoville told me that, and that the sale associate in Romeoville was just being lazy. My phone was beat up, but it still wworked. It took the sale associate in Aurora 2 minutes to download Skype on my phone. 3. My 3rd bad experience. I went to this sprint store, because I recently purchased a new phone. I needed the old data from my old phone to go to the new phone. Of course the sprint associates at this store were clueless on what to do. They said they couldnt do anything, because nothing was saved to my Gmail. I couldnt believe my no brain husband was actually listening to the bs they were feeding us. Me and my husband argued all the way up to the Bolingbrook sprint store. A awesome sprint associate from the Bolingbrook store transferred my information from my old phone to my new phone. My husband loves the Romeoville store, but I enjoyed the stupidly look on his face when he seen the Bolingbrook store associate help me without any excuses. He had nothing to say... lol

Im giving this location 5 stars soley for the unbeatable customer service Ive always received from there employee Ryan Chapman. The few times Ive had to go to a Sprint store, I always go here and immediately ask for Ryan. Whether its for an upgrade to a new phone or issues with my service, Ryan always goes above and beyond to ensure all of your needs are met and you walk out of the store happy.

Went to the store for a simple bill payment and the kind ladies there noticed i was available to change my plan and save some money. Also were very informative about promotions and provided the best customer service a phone store can give you. Will be doing all my business here from now on.
