A couple weeks ago I walked into this store, & was instantly Greeted by the employees there. Sean asked me over, and was very helpful. I was very clueless to what I was looking for, and therefore had a lot of questions and yet he was so patient and answered each with detailed responses. I literally told him the $ amount i want to spend, and what I wanted and he whipped up a plan within minutes that added up to the exact $ amount i preferred! Very impressed by that! I walked out of there with a huge smile on my face, feeling like I truly got a great deal for all that I was looking for. Fast forward two weeks later, I walk in because I dropped My phone and a younger gentleman Billy took care of me. I literally couldnt remember any of my "secret words" etc and when I guessed a couple, Sean responded "Pretty sure its the 1st One you said" & he was right! Impressive :) he and Billy tried a handful of different routes i could go on fixing my phone, and found me a solution better than anything I could have expected! Im so incredibly happy, and felt so well taken care of at that store!! I highly recommend both gentlemen if youre looking for good, quality service these are definitely your guys!!! Felicia xx

Before going to this store, I went into my local store in aurora looking for the iPhone 6, but they only had the 6 Plus. I debated on just buying it from them, but I decided otherwise. Fed at the Aurora store told me that I would be able to buy the phone by myself (I am not the account holder, my father is) if I knew the pin or security question of the account. So I called my father and he told me the security question. If I wanted to, I could have bought the 6 Plus at the Aurora store, but I decided I would first call around to stores near me. I called the Geneva store asking if they had the iPhone 6, and they told me that they had 2 of them in stock, and I asked if they could hold it but they told me it was first come first serve. No problem. I drove about 45 minutes over there only to be told the opposite of what I had been told at the other store. The employee told me there was no way I could buy the phone without my father. Thanks for wasting my time and gas.

Just about the worst experience at a phone store I could have expected. Went in with a question about international usage and the clerk wouldnt answer any of our questions and told us to call Spirit. Really dismissive and rude when we asked about services. He couldnt physical talk fast enough to get us out of the store - either that or hes on coke. Why are you in customer service? Referred to "the iphone 5 and above" - there isnt an "above" out. Yeah, I have the 7. Refused to put on a scratch protector on my phone because hes not good with the liquid... Didnt care to ask/see that it wasnt even the liquid kind. Rude. The greatest physical representation of their rudeness is the 2 full sheet signs on the desk saying "Do not reach over the counter!" With a giant FIST on it, lol. Apparently people have been lunging at them.... Going to Danada where they have always been great even though its out of the way!

Originally went to the Sprint store in Naperville on 95th Street looking for an unlimited family plan and 4 new iphones. After a mediocre experience there, a friend recommended the Wheaton store. We worked with Shawn and he went the extra mile to give us fantastic customer service. Even my 20 year old son commented how "awesome" Shawn was when we left. While the store is 35 minutes away, I will continue to give them my business because of the experience we had. Shawn was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I recommend this store and this Sprint employee.

Outstanding service! Robert the manager is the nicest business man I have met! Shawn and Bill treated us like professionals and delivered the best customer service experience we have ever had. Shawn and Bill deserve to be recognized for their great work! They took care of everything for us. Both Bill and Shawn should get a bonus and a raise for their expert service and knowledge. Sprint people are great! Love this phone company, great people. You must shop at this store!

I worked with Bill, and my experience was great. He was competent and courteous. I come with a lot of questions, he had answers to almost all of them and the ones he didnt know off the top of his head he had an answer for me in a few seconds after looking it up. He was upfront with costs and patient through my questions. Best experience Ive had in a sprint store. Go Bill, give him a raise.

They blatantly tried to rip me off. Claimed they attempted a repair but actually did almost nothing and tried to charge me for a new phone. I was able to fix my phone with Samsung support after I refused them. Also witnessed employees making sexist comments while pressuring a female customer to buy a phone.

This Preferred Retailer / Repair location of Sprint is an awesome no-nonsense experience. My questions were directly answered and I was informed of upcoming promotions that would truly be of advantageous benefit. I recommend visiting this location for device information. You will walk away well informed.

BREAK my phone regularly these guys are always very helpful, friemdly and super knowledgeable. I randomly found the store a few months ago second break of my phone today and I was in and out in no time all taken care of!!! I even own a store so I am super picky retail person!!
