I came across Ms. Montgomerys review and I literally laughed out loud. The employee you are speaking of, Liz, has been there forever and me and my friends are loyal customers of her because of her kind, sincere and genuinely caring attitude. Liz knows her stuff. She knows exactly what nursing students of all kinds needs from the attire, supplies and down to the shoes. Shes never had a bad attitude even on the busiest of days where dozens of students will show up at once and expected to be waited on immediately and all at the same time. That wasnt really a fair review now was it? Its physically impossible to be able to help everyone at the same time as there is the only one employee there at any given time. I will always be back and always make sure to send my friends and colleagues back to Liz for all their uniform needs. Keep up the good work Liz, I hope you read this!

I went in this week to order my scrubs for school, and then again to pay for my order in full. Liz was very rude and had a nasty attitude with me both times I went in. When I called back to confirm that they had been ordered, she was very rude when saying she only places orders on Friday. While I was placing the order, she had a line of customers behind me, and when she got a call from customer she was very rude to them as well. So dont go here unless you want to be talked down to for supporting her business. Also, Liz, if you read this, maybe you should think about changing your attitude and tone of voice when dealing with customers. You definitely left me with a bad impression.

I dont know about you Katie Montgomery, but I have had nothing but positive dealings with this store, Liz, and the other employees. Even when they are slammed busy, which it sounds like they were when you were here, they are always polite. Maybe she didnt have time to hold your hand through the store, and if orders are only made on Fridays...thats just the store policy...nothing personal against you. If her explaining the store policy to you was talking down to you, then maybe you are in the wrong line of work. If this store didnt have such great customer service, it wouldnt be doing such good business. I for one will continue to shop here.
