I had a particularly snotty associate in juniors a few weeks ago. Wouldnt even smile at me. She didnt like that she had to go look for a pair of jeans for me and when I was ready to check out, she made another "new" associate ring me up. This associate was so new and the snotty one was even that way with her! A manager walked up to help and Ms. Snotty was all smiles and calling me Hun and baby doll. Cannot stand this behavior.

I have always found good deals. However, once or twice the staff is rude. I visited this store after couple of months and i knew there is price scanner near womens fitting room and was just lost so asked the passing by associate where can I find the closest price scanner she mentioned there is none on this floor go directly to register which was shocking as after a while I did find the price scanner which I was looking for.

I shopped at the St. Clair Square location a few weeks ago while visiting my son. There was a pregnant, young woman (management Im guessing) who helped me and answered all my questions, even though I could tell she was tired and in a bit of pain. Her professionalism and patience most certainly made my decision to return very easy. I went back a few days later and she wasnt there (jokingly - probably in labor

I like this location. The selections are great and the customer service is wonderful. This JCPs location always has a way of making you feel comfortable and invited. The prices always seem to beat the other department stores in the area and they have the best coupons ever. I like stopping through this store every time Im in St. Clair Square.

So this on, so far will be staying open. I have always been satisfied with most Penneys stuff, especially sheets. Hope the company stays afloat. Will consumers be left with choosing Walmart or Saks only? What about the in between consumer, middle class?

I will no longer buy products from your location. I much rather drive to further locations or order on the website. As a person who works in sales, it doesnt matter how hard your day is, never be rude to any customer.

This location has gone downhill rapidly. Extremely poor customer service and argumentative staff. Been a customer of the JCP mens store for 30+ years. Today was my last purchase there. I will never go back.
