Experienced team of knowledgeable professionals and riders. What stands about this shop is the team’s passion for riding. Each member of the staff is a seasoned rider with interests in Down Hill Racing & Riding, Cross County Riding, Cycle Cross and BMX. The staff participate in local events as athletes and give back through the Lake City Trail Builders Association by maintaining the trails they ride. The shop holds weekly rides open to anyone who’s interested in spending the day on their bike. This shop has something for everyone! This is by far the best shop in town, particularly for my passion, downhill! In the age of internet orders with slashed prices, the value in having a knowledgeable support staff and local service far outweighs anything you can find online, that is why TWD is my go to shop. Anytime I have a question about what is available, what is the best option, what is compatible with which systems, Shane is like an encyclopedia of helpfulness. No other shop in town provides what I look for and I would highly recommend them.

Shane, Brenda, Patrick, and the crew were knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. My wife and I would recommend this shop to our friends any day of the week! I found it semi-amusing that the one person who posted a bad review on here claims to be a customer, but is just about the only person who doesnt actually use his/her real name. The average here should be closer to a 5 star than the current 4.4, IMO.

Allow me to post a realistic review, as a customer and not as a friend or relative. This is by far the worst shop in town with the worst mechanic, Shane Myr, who is a washed up racer that couldnt hack it and now uses his time to belittle his own customers. This shop is nothing but stuck-up and unhelpful. Go to literally any other bike shop in town and youll have a much better experience.

Rented a full suspension mtb here. First off; there are no shops in the CDA area that rent full suspension bikes..so the fact this place does warrants 4 stars. After renting these guys hooked me with local maps of the area for free. If i had to recommend a bike shop in the CDA area I would def suggest these guys. 2 day rental was only 80$...totally worth it.

Purchased a bike here for over $1,000, but when I took a brand new bike in for help assembling they wanted to charge us $60.00. I was willing to pay $25-$35, but really felt that was exorbitant for basically helping put some handle bars on a mountain bike. We took it to another bike shop where they quoted me $35, which is a fair price.

Excellent passionate team repairing & maintaining bikes. Service was outstanding. My bike was fixed to my satisfaction along with a complete tune- up and still came in $30 less than quoted! Polite, enthusiastic people that really care about biking! I will definitely be returning here and recommending Two Wheeler Dealer to my friends.
