This is a small but well-organized and well-stocked used bookstore. The owner, Amy, can help you quickly find anything on the shelves. The science fiction and fantasy section seems particularly well-supplied and Ive managed to find more than a few paperback titles I havent seen since the 70s. Though small, there are some comfortable seats available if you want to sit and read. Bring a coffee from the excellent Bird Stop Coffee House next door (or buy a book and take it to the Bird Stop) and youve got the makings of a fine afternoon. On Thursdays the store hosts a craft night and Saturday afternoons a role-playing games table.

This is a nice little bookstore with decent prices. I was a bit disappointed with the service though. There were two people (the owner and someone else) sitting behind the front desk neither of which ever got up while I was there. I went to the front and asked them about several books and each time they acted a little irritated that i had interrupted their chat and couldnt tell me if they had the books i was asking about or not. Finally, instead of getting up and helping me find what I was looking for, the owner told me to text her a list of books I was curious about and she would check the system later. What?

I always enjoy stopping in and browsing the shelves. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. Its a smaller shop but I have been able to find find all sorts of books off my list. I do wish the childrens section was a tad larger. If you keep your receipt, you can turn it in on your next visit for a discount.

Amy and Ken are extremely informed and have great insight on most published works the atmosphere is cozy, warm, and always welcoming. If they dont have what youre looking for they will find it! Great prices,truly a gem in Caldwell.

Owner seems to be more concerned about bad mouthing other businesses than taking care of their OWN BUSINESS. Not friendly and VERY judgemental of others. Not an inviting business at all....could use a little more class.
