The owner , who is also the clerk, obviously does not enjoy the work hes chosen to do. He gives sarcastic answers to clear and simple questions and will not hesitate to make you feel that your presence in his store displeases him . I have never had to deal with a more conspicuous display of passive/aggressive behaviour toward customers. He was very rude to myself and my sister some years ago, and I have not been back since. I am a book seller myself, have been for four decades, and I want to see book stores remain in communities and thrive. But this gentleman is so ill at ease and conspicuously discontented that it might be for the best if he closed his doors and found a better way to fill his days.

Wish I could give negative stars. I decided not to trade my books since he offered us 2 dollar credit for 5 nice books and he swore at me and my 3 young kids and told us to get the f out and never fing come back. I am speechless and in great sadness. Aside from that he was not interested in answering any questions or providing any assistance. Wow!!! Horrible!

Pennywise was great! The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful, put up with me trying to figure out the name of the author and her series, and found for me not just one but a bunch in the series! Even had options for book size, hardcover, or paperback. Its clean and organized, a real treasure.

I brought in a total of 37 books to try and trade and/or sell, and he wouldnt take any of them. He didnt seem to particularlt enjoy my presence either. I looked around while he was checking my books out and the selection wasnt great.

Decent book store. Cant really give it a bad review because the world needs more bookstores and pretty sure this is the only one in the PB/MB area. If you plan on selling your books there I wouldnt expect to get to much...

Rather pricey, and not all the books were in great condition. Several of the books I was interested in I could have bought off Amazon, for much cheaper. The maze of bookshelves was rather hard to navigate, as well.

Very great selection, but the clerk seemed like he was annoyed by my presence or he was just over his shift. Not sure.
