The woman working in the deli is very rude. First time I wanted sliced turkey. She claimed they closed the deli. Although I was 15 minutes b4 they close the deli. She said she cleaned the slicer already. 2 days ago the same woman I go in for friend chicken she said they are sold out for the day and it was 4 pm. Offered me grilled instead I told her Ill pass on it. And she started giving me attitude.

Lots of rude staff, have had staff refuse to get manager and even refuse to tell me who the manager on duty is. Refusal to reimburse for prepaid debit card purchased at their store that wasnt properly activated and therefore lost $107, even with receipt to show that the debit card had not been activated and purchase had been made barely three hours prior.

Customer service here is great. I like the people in the deli we always get chicken and they are very nice they you like your family or maybe its cause Im there too often? Either way love these guys any time I have a question about something they always have an answer and thats the whole crew not just the deli I really like these guys

I ordered the 8 pc. hot chicken thighs and legs with a cold potato salad from their prepared hot food deli special and became extremely ill two hours after eating it. I believe it had salmonella bacteria. I will never go back there again since managements job is to make sure contaminated food is disposed of and never sold.

I recently ordered a Paw Patrol cake for my sons 3rd Birthday. The bakery did an amazing job at decorating it, and it was delicious. I will be ordering all of my baked good here, from now on. The rest of the store is nice and clean, and they have good products but they are over priced.

I absolutely LOVE THE PHARMACY STAFF ESPECIALLY TRACY. You may pay a little more but its worth it for this staff. They went above and beyond when my son left his prescription in Caldwell they worked with another pharmacy and helped him get it. They are absolutely angels

I love going to Albertsons!! Everyone is alwats ready to help and best part is that there are no lines to pay!! And if there are lines to pay, I never make more than 5 minutes. I love the fact that the produce is always fresh and the sales are awesome!!

Its convenient the prices are way too high! But the customer service is fairly amazing. However i do think they need more training on their own application for android and iphone because if you ask none of them know. Its actually kind of silly.

Not many chain grocery stores in the area. This Albertsons will give you what you need in a pinch, plus they dont close as early as other grocery stores. This one in particular also sells College of Idaho clothes and gear!

I bought bacon from this Albertsons that expired in November 2015 it is February 2016. Disgusting and when I brought it back they were so rude and offered me no apology! I will never shop there again!

I only go here for crap, shrimp, and bacon from the meat department because its fresh. If you shop for other items be sure you check the expiration date or you could walk out will out dated food.
