love the store manager - Joe - very nice however, the store employees at this location are particularly BAD they just dont care, have a horrible attitude, are unhelpful, rude, and lazy i live very near and will drive ANYWHERE else to shop ive mentioned this at other Albertsons stores, and they say they all hear the same thing, and that the Bicentennial location is always lowest in customer satisfaction/ratings - i wonder why? again - BAD EMPLOYEES - i am sorry - but Anthem is an exclusive area - no one wants to deal with rude people with attitudes who are lazy, nasty & unhelpful - the residents here are used to the BEST service - not the worst... FIX THIS JOE!

The prices are inflated. I guess the marketing people base their prices on wealth of the neighborhood. I completed a test, and purchased items, such as milk, bread, eggs...etc. at the 2910 Bicentennial Pkwy and the Albertsons on 9725 S Maryland Pkwy, which is only 6.8 miles away. The Bicentennial Albertsons was $12.39 more. Yes, the sales items are the same. Milk at the store was $5.00+. I can purchase organic milk at Whole foods for that cost. Yes, I used my club card at both places. Management indicated the prices are more due to shipping. Buyers are better off traveling to the Albertsons on S Maryland or 201 S Stephanie St.

Incredibly rude employees. I have a hard time referring to them as "courtesy clerks" as this would insinuate they understood the word "courtesy." The night manager Michael also has a rude demeanor and complete lack of customer service skills. This store is 1 mile from my house but I will no longer shop at this location. You shouldnt waste your time either. Shanaz should be fired for her rudeness.

Albertsons was here, then this location was bought out by Hagen, only to be bought back by Albertsons when Hagen went bankrupt. Its been a tough and long ride, but they just reopened Albertsons today and were super-stoked! Although the prices arent the best in the area, this place is great for that quick run to the store when you dont have much time.

So many changes since they opened, I do like this store Manager Steve, he really tries. Staff is OK, just one "nasty lady morning cashier" too fake of a person for me. Overall we do a little trade here, but like Sprouts, Trader Jos and Whole Foods....but I do shop here because they are right down the street.

Ok for me to leave a review means I interacted with an all time great human being. The sushi lady (not sure her name) at the Albertsons in Anthem Highlands... Is so unbelievably nice and kind and efficient - words arent enough. She is just a great lady. I really appreciate her. Amazing woman.

Not pleasant! Loud, service people chatting way too much to each other. Allows dog, walking, sitting in carts....not service dogs! Plus, this notice is an invasion of my privacy! Will go to Smiths in the future!

THe head cake decorator there is amazing! She pulled off a last-minute lego cake for us that our son will go nuts for! And you cant beat the price! The bakery is top-notch. Amazing service. Thank you!!!

Over priced and no organic section. You can find the exact products at other stores more reasonably priced. I was not impressed with store. I wont be buying from them.

Very convenient location however they never have all the ingredients I need for a recipe. Prices are also high. I am hoping for a Smiths to go up soon in this area.

20% to 30 % higher for groceries than competitors...soda and milk fair prices... business would increase a this store if they were 5% higher than Walmart or Smiths
