This is my favorite grocery store in the Nampa/Caldwell area. For me: its very convenient, it saves time, and it saves money. I work odd hours, and that can be inconvenient when you need to get groceries. Luckily, this WinCo is open twenty-four/seven: so you can stop in whenever you have time. If you go in during the really early morning hours, youll have to shop around them restocking. It can get quite busy in there, but the lines move fairly quick. You do have to bag your own groceries: but that seems to help the cashiers be more efficient. It does also have a section for self check-out, which is a great timesaver if you are only after a few groceries. WinCo has great prices on groceries and offers a wide variety of products in their own branding. They also offer bulk amounts: which means cheaper prices. The bulk bins there allow you to get bulk amounts of various foods that you might not normally find in bulk. Ive saved a lot of money by switching my shopping habits to WinCo. The few things I think would be an improvement is if they had a few electronics care products, a better selection of autocare stuff (getting some synthetic oils instead of only conventional), and maybe getting a better selection of office supplies. If those inventories were increased, Id probably use WinCo for all of my needs. I still use them for most of my shopping needs though. Id definitely recommend this WinCo. The staff are friendly, the prices are great, and its a great store to go to.

As a person who moved to Nampa from California, Winco has changed my grocery shopping life. It has nearly everything you could want at a grocery store. Many items are available in your standard box or can, but they have a large selection of dry, bulk foods.. You weigh and bag then yourself so you can replenish only whats needed when you want. They have some good, locally roasted coffees and a grinder available if you dont have one at home. The store is generally pretty clean but it does get filled with a lot of people on the weekend and afternoons. The prices are usually the best in town. I dont even bother checking other places because I trust it is better here. They list unit pricing on the tags of most (probably all, but I havent checked) items. Winco accepts debit cards, but NOT credit cards. Bring cash or debit. You do get to bag your own groceries here.

My husband & I moved here 7monts ago from SANDEAGO CALIF. We are soo happy that their are a few WINCo food stores here in IDAHO, in SANDEAGO they dont even have one, were so happy. We sure missed shopping at WINCo, thay have great prices and the employees are very friendly compared too the ones in SACRAMENO CALIF. The ones in SACRAMENTO were we used too live a few years ago they are geto, the store is soo filthy and most of the employes were rude. So I just wanted too say thank you WINCo Foods. Keep up the great work.

Great place to go for bulk items and cheap but good quality food!! Only downfall is you bag your own groceries which slows the lines and during peak times, it takes a while to get done. Some prices are fairly high on common staple foods but they have regular sales so it evens out if you budget shop. The cashiers are very nice, and most will help if you need it. Other chain grocery stores are more often way more expensive so if you have time, go here for your major groceries.

I go here literally almost daily, my favorite store to grocery shop at! The only downsides in my opinion is one employee at self checkout is EXTREMELY DISCRIMINATING & RUDE. When we called her supervisor, he instead took her side, without even listening to us. Then when we left, my fiancé told her have a good day & the supervisor banned him from the store. ?!?! So I now avoid her :) Other than that I wish they would carry BLUE BUNNY ICE CREAM.

Very helpful employees--especially in produce and bulk sections! Love their prices, layout, and ample parking. Usually excellent quality produce. Lines at checkout can get a little long during rush times, but otherwise decent checkout times. Just wish theyd start stocking frozen kale! Thats the only food item that I regularly buy they they do not stock!

You cannot beat the prices here on most items! Love their produce selection, bulk goods I cant find anywhere else, and a meat department that has reasonable prices, and realistic sized cuts of meat! Oh oh and their bakery is awesome too lol. Expect to bag your own groceries but hey, it keeps the costs down so Im all for it!

Wish they had benches around the store for some of us that cant walk long periods at a time. Also if they could bring back the Carolines Cart. I have a son with a disability and its hard to shop with a wheelchair and a cart.

This is one of the best places to buy groceries ever. The cashiers and other staff are very friendly and they have great prices. We especially like their Cascade Pride 5 Seed bread. An awesome bread and super price too.

I like WinCo because they have less garbage processed food than Walmart. I dont like the industrial feel of it though. I think Fred Myer is a lot more cozy than WinCo. I really like WinCos prices though. Ill be back.

Great selection of produce and meats. Not always limited to the areas cultural norms. One of the few places in town you can tend to find ground buffalo meat or things like dragomfruit or cactus.

I find that WinCo consistently has lower prices and higher quality compared to other stores in Caldwell. The employees are always really friendly as well.

Winco is always competitive with prices. Staff is friendly. They do have this pesky policy of no credit cards which is very inconvenient

Wasnt impressed. Packed like Wal-mart but more expensive and you have to bag your own groceries. Not for me.
