The employees at Ralphs about 3 blocks up from the Veterans Home Chula Vista are incredible. They are so helpful, so kind and they treat me wonderful. I would recommend them to anybody who wants to go to a grocery store where the employees will help you with anything you need. Theyre incredible and if youre smart you got a great team. Treat them well and pay them enough to where they want to stay. They all seem to be happy being there you can just tell by watching them. Since the star wont light up when I touch it I not only give them a 5-star rating but I give them a 10 star rating. God bless you all, and Jesus loves you!

I absolutely love Ralphs!! I used to shop at Vons, and the people were always glum and moody! I go to Ralphs and everyone is cheerful and very helpful. Always asking if I need any help or if I was finding everything. I want to give koodos to two particular people: Jose R and Pam. Very friendly and helped with setting up the mobile app for ralphs on my phone!!! I will never leave Ralphs!!!!

I went grocery shopping here and I found out when I got home I discovered i left some things behind. I went back to claim those items and the cashier that checked me out, stated "We were waiting for you to come back!" I felt really good that I didnt need to say anything more and the items were left at another desk for me to pick up. Way to go Ralphs! Thanks for the honesty and service.

I just purchased a few things on the self checkout and when I was ringing up my things, I accidentally clicked on the wrong picture for the item. I called over the employee "LISA" to help me and when she was helping me she had an attitude and rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed, which was very rude! I dont no what her deal was, but she needs to be more friendly.

I usually come here and the one in alta view it depends where I plan to stay. but my experience on my last visit was a little not so satisfied customer. at first I have to look around for a plastic bag due to all of the roll are empty. manager was helpful and noticed it right away. Store is clean and they have a good variety of items.

Overall, this is a good Ralphs location. There is ample parking and it is never too busy here. Checkout lines are almost always short. The bakery and meat counters are both very good. Produce can be hit and miss. The employees here are always more than willing to help. This location also accepts FedEx drop offs now.

I went solely to go to the pharmacy, but Ive always liked shopping at Ralphs. There are things sold there that I cant find easily at other grocery stores. Sometimes it feels a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. The pharmacy staff is awesome. Two thumbs up!

This is the Ralphs supermarket that is located just across the street from our house. I like their selection and friendly service. Supermarket is clean and well organized. Prices seem to me to be higher when compared to other similar Markets.

Employees are so nice. Well except for a few night shift workers. One old guy is so rude. He was stocking eggs. When i went to grab one he made a face and sighed. Theres also an old lady that is rude. She is a cashier

Nice big store with wide selection. Plenty of parking and wide aisles. Staff is friendly and get you through the line quickly. Almost never sold out of anything. Bakery and deli with lots of choices.

Favorite Ralphs in the Chula Vista area. They are always clean, and fully stocked. They have quality meat and good prices. I wish there were more Ralphs in Chula Vista to be honest.
