I have always tried to support small business and that is why I chose this company even though it was not the most convenient choice. I was quoted a price for cutting glass and dropped off the material I needed to be cut. I stopped back in a week later to pick up the material and the glass cutter told me he was slammed and hadnt gotten to it yet. After 3 weeks I called again and was told that they didnt want to mess with my order because there was more money in paint and they had a $1500 paint order they were working on. I didnt want to haul the material again so I offered to wait even longer and they said they were trying to get away from cutting glass and focus on paint. I asked to speak with the manager, and I expressed how difficult it was for me to transport the material and how I have used their services for 10+ years and they got tired of me wasting their time and raised their voice and called me a pain in their butt. Then he proceeded to threaten to throw out my material. I said I couldnt get it for a few days and he graciously said I could have to the following week before he threw it out. I should have read these reviews before using them and have learned that mom and pop does not necessarily mean that they are mom and pops with good character. I would stay far away from the business unless you are okay being spoken to with little or no respect.

From the moment you hear a voice on the phone to the moment you drive away with purchase in hand; you feel you are in good hands from the experience with Boise Paint & Glass. I feel these folks have been in the business for a while. They know their products and are able to offer top notch professional guidance with customer service thats hard to find these days. You might pay a percentage point or two less at a “big box store” but you would miss out on the parts that make a job go smoothly and properly. Ill go to Boise Paint & Glass in a heartbeat over their competitors. Cheers!

I went to order a piece of glass for my dining room table. They took the measurements and scheduled a delivery. Waited passed the delivery date, didnt hear a word back. Finally called them after waiting two weeks, after being on hold for 10 minutes, they told me they didnt have my order. Told them since I didnt get billed, and they dont have my order, just forget it. They responded that theyve been "really slammed" and countered my cancelation with "Our prices are 10% lower than down the road." Competative pricing just covers up poor customer serivce and no product.
