Somethings gotta change. And its probably gonna be me going somewhere else. This wait time is terrible especially being a factory store. Tempe never had these problems I dont have to but I spend lot of money every time I come to Dunn Edwards and I am treated like a third world citizen at the 67th store I will goto all the way to DE Prescott or DE LA before I ever make the stupid decision to return to DE *151 67th ave. In Phoenix! You need to lose the motto that your too big to worry about customer service at this store..

Terrible customer service ever had to deal with! This place is just terrible do not take your clients to this place They like to pretend they are contractors and know what they are doing, when theres not even a single person there with one day of professional painting experience LOL to make it worse they bring their kids with them to work like its a daycare Thats just unprofessional! I have seen USED PAINT STORES with better customer service! And this post to be DUNN EDWARDS main corporate factory STORE!!
