I was attended by larry, I think hes the store manager. I told him I wanted swiss coffee paint and then the guy that makes the paint gave me cottage white. I told him I told larry I wanted swiss coffee and he seemed frustrated, then larry told the guy that makes the paint that I told him to make cottage white. I originally told larry that I wanted swiss coffee because thats what I wanted. They were both mad at me like I had made the mistake. I know what I said I know what I wanted. For costumer service I give larry a 2 from 1 to 10 and the guy that makes the paint a 3 because he yelled out to larry for me to hear him that to make sure thats the paint I wanted because he had to go back and make the swiss coffee like I originally asked of them. This is the honest truth.

Ask anyone in the valley (or should I say, most people in the valley) who makes the longest lasting paint in AZ. You should get the same answer, "Dunn Edwards." I used to use Sherwin Williams Duration but it is too expensive. If you are painting exterior ask for Evershield and if you are painting interior ask for Suprema. These paints are more than excellent. I have been painting houses for about 30 years and I love this paint company. Oh and paulton45 said he had a mishap with the store manager larry..... well, that doesnt disqualify the paint as being more than excellent.

We went there to purchase paint for our concrete pool deck. The associate told us to start with 2 gallons and we could always purchase more if necessary. Well, we did in fact need another gallon, and after purchasing found that the color was considerably lighter than the original 2 gallons. Now the deck is two tone and VERY MUCH lighter than the color swatch. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with my results. Although the paint quality might be superior to a big box stores (that remains to be seen), the inconsistent color mixing is unacceptable and "toasted almond" looks white.

They mixed up my paint color, but made good on it. Customer service needs a little improvement but the paint is superior. Painted a wall that had crack repairs which I thought was going to take two coats and it only took one to give smooth, solid coverage. They have an excellent range of colors that beats Home Depot.

Good selection and lots of painter supplies. The paint though is more expensive than the big box stores but its held up to the Phoenix weather for 3 years now on my pergola outdoors. The interior still looks great as well.
