1. They do not fill prescriptions in a timely manner. EVER. I had to go back three times because they neglected to fill my prescription that "should only be 10 more minutes". That is just one of many occasions. 2. They lied to my husband when he attempted to get his prescription filled. His surgeons office is almost 2 hours away and they told him he would need to drive back to his surgeons office to "get a proper stamp". After speaking to CVS, the surgeons office called my husband to say that no stamp was needed and the pharmacist (or staffer) told them that their medical office is "so far away and raises suspicion". Really? They have filled this particular medication twice before from that medical office and now there is an issue AND you lie to my husband? Incompetence and laziness are rampant throughout this pharmacy. Well be taking our business elsewhere and I recommend you do the same.

My 3 year old daughter caught pink eye at school, and we wanted to get her treatment as soon as possible to minimize the chance of spreading it to our 7 month old. We called the Towne Lake CVS this evening (3/14/17) to see if the minute clinic could handle treatment. They said they could, so my wife immediately rushed her up there. The clinic closes at 7:30 pm. When she arrived at 7:15 pm, a 3 year old in tow with her eye swollen shut, the minute clinic tech refused to treat her because, in her words: "It will push me behind on my closing duties". Words cannot begin to describe my frustration with CVS. Judging by the other reviews for this location, our experience is in no way out of the ordinary. They obviously do not know how to train their employees. We are done with CVS. Save yourself the trouble and just go to Walgreens. FYI: We believe the clinic techs name was Elizabeth.

They lucky they even getting 1 star because if it were possible they would get none. Im so sick of this place and their rude, lazy ass employees. They act like ur such an inconvenience to them, they also give a look when i hand them my refills as tho Im some physco crack head. For my husband as well, as tho he is a substance abuser because he has extreme anxiety and is prescribed Xanax. Im sorry cvs, but u guys r awful, rude, lazy, and everything else that isnt nice! The drive thru is so evil, the wait is horrible, and the staff will never greet u, what if I were dying?! Jesus say hello, how r u doing today? ANYTHING would be nice other than let me even see if we have ur meds in stock?! WOW! This will be our last round of refills with them, Kroger towne lake, here we come! Ps. David is somewhat nice to my husband and myself.

Pharmacy staff were rude and not helpful. When I asked questions, the answers were not correct (I didnt find out until several visits later and more wasted time). Unfortunately, my insurance plan leaves me stuck with no alternative. Take my money. Other visits havent been as bad when I didnt have questions or when there were no problems with the pharmacy having the drugs prescribed in stock. Still, I at least expect honest and courteous responses to honest questions at every visit. As soon as I have another economically viable choice, my business _will_ be taken elsewhere.

Make a copy of every prescription before you give it to them. It usually takes me two trips for them to get it right on refills. They screw them up constantly. They enter them into their computer wrong and youll need to prove it. Keep those prescription copies handy and take them and the empty bottles with you every time you go. Oh, and refills are never done when they promise. Its always, "The pharmacist is just finishing your refill up. Itll be just a minute." Then you watch them scramble to find your refill order and fill it. Just finishing up my monkey.

I started using CVS because Teledrug could not ship timely. Most of the time CVS townelake gets it right...this.morning I had 2 conversations with Danielle. No pleasantries, no thank yous, I was shocked. This store manager and corporate CVS needs to hire competent, customer service oriented pharmacy employee. They should remember ....customers pay thier salaries. If everyone goes down the street...they really dont have a job at CVS. I want better, kinder service...and I dont mind changing pharmacies again.

The front of the store is usually pretty friendly, aside from one lady the other day who seemed to be very snooty. The pharmacy however seems to always be under staffed and they act as if it is an inconvenience for me to bring my business there. I switched because it is closer to my job, but if i dont see some improvement and begin feeling like a valued customer I will gladly drive the extra distance to another pharmacy.

This is the absolute WORST pharmacy that I have ever used in my entire life. The staff lacks common sense, and these are the people filling our prescriptions, they are extremely rude and have no idea whats going on, you will also wait in line for at least 30 minutes. And thats if theres only ONE car in front of you. If theres more than one, you better park and get comfortable. HATE this place.

I have been getting my prescriptions from this CVS for over a year. Today I had Katie as my cashier and she was great! Kept a conversation even though I wasnt feeling good she made me talk and smile. I have never had a issue with this CVS. They auto refill my prescriptions and text me when to pick them up. Its great! The drive though is also pretty quick and friendly! Highly recommend!!

Absolute worst service Ive ever experienced. One staff member who I will not name was incredibly rude. Aside from that it took 2 hours to fill the prescription despite them saying it would take less than half of that time. I stood at the counter silent and waiting for someone to give me updates for 40 minutes. I would take your business to kroger pharm or walgreens.

Have to agree with the others on getting scripts filled. Get the persons name you worked with and ESPECIALLY if you call in to check on the status of scripts getting filled. Amazingly they get amnesia when you call and they say the script is there but go to pick it up and "oh, no one here spoke to you" and double check if they say they are ordering a script.

Twice in the last year the pharmacist has made an error in my prescription. No apologies were offered, just a rude "come back and well fix it." Antoinette, one of the techs, has a bad attitude and acts like shes put out to look up your prescription. Im forced by my insurance to utilize CVS or I would have moved my scripts a long time ago.

Lost my prescription after a hospital visit. They admitted to it and said theyd have it the next day then told me the next day that I never dropped anything off and didnt know what I was talking about. Nobody was held accountable and a prescription I needed immediately, I had to wait almost a week for.

CVS called me at 630 stating that my prescriptions were ready to be picked up. Having experienced some trouble with them before I waited until 830 to head down to the pharmacy. Here I stand, almost 930 waiting for my prescriptionsons yet to be filled. Save your time and go somewhere else.
